Արցախա-ադրբեջանական հակամարտ զորքերի շփման գծի տարբեր հատվածներում հակառակորդի զինտեխնիկայի և մարդկային ուժի ակտիվ տեղաշարժերն անհանգստացնում են հայկական կողմին նաև այն պատճառով, որ դա տեղի է ունեցել այն ժամանակ, երբ Մինսկի խմբի եռանախագահները գտնվել են տարածաշրջանում:

 «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ հունիսի 14-ին լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցում ասաց Անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար Արմեն Գրիգորյանը: Նա նշեց, որ մշտապես հետևում են իրավիճակին, շարունակական կապի մեջ են ՀՀ և Արցախի Պաշտպանության նախարարության ղեկավարների  և Պաշտպանության բանակի հրամանատարության հետ: «Պաշտպանության բանակն իր պարտականություններն ամբողջությամբ կատարում է և ապահովում անվտանգությունն սահմանին: Գնահատական կա, որ զորքերի տեղաշարժ կա, այդ տեղաշարժը համեմատության մեջ է նաև պետք նայել: Մեզ անհանգստացրել է զորքերի այդ տեղաշարժը նաև այն պատճառով, որ Մինսկի խմբի եռանախագահները, գտնվելով տարածքաշրջանում, նման շարժ եղել է»,-ասաց պաշտոնյան:

Համաձայն ՊԲ հաղորդագրության՝ վերջին օրերին  արցախա-ադրբեջանական հակամարտզորքերի շփման գծի տարբեր հատվածներում նկատվում են հակառակորդի զինտեխնիկայիև մարդկային ուժի ակտիվ տեղաշարժեր ու կուտակումներ: Հաղորդագրությունում ասված է, որ ՊԲ առաջապահ ստորաբաժանումները աչալրջորեն հետևում են հակառակորդիգործողություններին և ձեռնարկում իրավիճակից բխող անհրաժեշտ քայլեր:
