Զինծառայողների ապահովության հիմնադրամը հաստատել է հաշմանդամություն ստացած զինծառայողների աջակցության նոր ծրագիր

ՀՀ ՊՆ վարչական համալիրում հունիսի 14-ին կայացել է զինծառայողների ապահովագրության հիմնադրամի հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի հերթական նիստը, որը ղեկավարել է ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանը:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին հայտնեցին ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, նիստի ընթացքում հիմնադրամի գործադիր տնօրեն Վարուժան Ավետիքյանը ներկայացրել է ամփոփ հաշվետվություն ս.թ. մարտից առ այսօր իրականացված հատուցումների և նվիրաբերությունների վերաբերյալ՝ ընդգծելով, որ հաշվետու ժամանակահատվածում կատարվել է 11 դեպքերի հատուցում, որոնցից 9-ը զոհված, իսկ 2-ը՝ հաշմանդամություն ունեցող զինծառայողների ընտանիքներին:
Զինծառայողների ապահովագրության հիմնադրամի գործադիր տնօրենը նշել է, որ այս պահի դրությամբ հավաքագրված գումարն արդեն հատել է 9 մլրդ, իսկ կատարված ընդհանուր հատուցումները՝ 523 մլն դրամը: Ծրագիրը հաջողությամբ շարունակում է գործել՝ հանրության առջև հաշվետու լինելու և բացառիկ թափանցիկության սկզբունքով: Վարուժան Ավետիքյանը ներկայացրել է նաև հիմնադրամին նվիրաբերություններ կատարելու նոր եղանակները, որոնք ստացել են «Ի հիշատակ» և «Ի պատիվ» պայմանական անվանումները:
Այս ձևով նվիրաբերություններ կատարելու կարգը և մանրամասները ներկայացված են հիմնադրամի www.1000plus.am կայքում: Նիստի ընթացքում զինծառայողների ապահովագրության հիմնադրամի հոգաբարձուների խորհուրդը հաստատել է նաև նոր ծրագիր: Այն ենթադրում է, որ եթե զինծառայողը հայրենիքի պաշտպանության ժամանակ ստացել է հաշմանդամություն, ապա նախքան իրավական ընթացակարգով հաշմանդամության կարգը որոշելը և հատուցում տրամադրելը, հաշմանդամություն ձեռքբերած զինծառայողը յուրաքանչյուր ամիս կստանա 100.000 դրամ՝ որոշակի ծախսեր հոգալու համար:
Հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի նիստում քննարկվել են նաև 2018 թվականի աշխատանքների ժամանակացույցը, ինչպես նաև անդրադարձ է կատարվել «Հիմնադրամի դեսպաններ» նախագծի ընթացքին, ըստ որի՝ առաջարկվում է արտերկրի մեծաթիվ հայ համայնք ունեցող քաղաքներում ունենալ Հիմնադրամի աշխատանքներին ակտիվորեն ներգրավված անձինք, ովքեր կաշխատեն սփյուռքի կառույցների հետ՝ առավել մանրամասն ներկայացնելով հիմնադրամի գործունեությունը:
