INTERVIEW
«Բարեգործության մասին» աղմկահարույց օրենքի վերաբերյալ զրուցել ենք Ռիոյի օլիմպիական խաղերի արծաթե մեդալակիր Սիմոն Մարտիրոսյանի հետ։
-Կառավարությունում շրջանառվում է նախագիծ՝ «Բարեգործության մասին» օրենքում փոփոխություններ կատարելու վերաբերյալ, ինչը մի շարք հարցերում տարակուսանք է առաջացրել: Հետաքրքիր է՝ մարզաշխարհում ինչպիսի՞ տրամադրվածություններ կան այս խնդրի կապակցությամբ, մարզիկներն ունե՞ն արդյոք մտահոգվելու խնդիր այս հարցում:
-Անկեղծ ասած՝ օրինագծի մանրամասնություններին ամբողջովին չեմ տիրապետում, բայց որքանով տեղյակ եմ, այո՛, հնարավոր է՝ հանգեցնի այնպիսի սահմանափակումների, որի արդյունքում տուժի նաև մարզիկը:
Ասենք` Եվրոպայի, Աշխարհի կամ Օլիմպիական խաղերի առաջնություններից հաղթանակով վերադարձած մարզիկները տարիներ շարունակ արժանացել են աշխարհի մակարդակով չլսված պարգևավճարների, ինչը, բնականաբար, արվել է Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի կողմից, և եթե էս օրենքը ընդունվի, կարծում եմ՝ դա սահմանափակումների տեղիք կտա նաև սպորտի բնագավառում, ինչը կհանգեցնի հետքայլի: Ինչն էլ, կարծում եմ, անթույլատրելի է, որովհետև 14 տարիների ընթացքում ՀԱՕԿ նախագահ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը, բացի մարզումների համար ժամանակակից պայմաններ ստեղծելուց, մարզադպրոցներ կառուցելուց և վերանորոգելուց, նաև հենց ամենաբարձր պարգևատրությունների միջոցով է մոտիվացրել մեզ՝ մարզիկներիս, քանի որ, ինչպես գիտեք, մարզիկի աշխատանքային կյանքը կարճ է, և արժանավույն չգնահատվելու դեպքում շատ մարզիկներ պարզապես կթողնեն պրոֆեսիոնալ սպորտը: Բնականաբար, այդ ամենը արվել է հենց ՀԱՕԿ նախագահի անձնական միջոցների հաշվին, այնպես որ, կարծում եմ, երբ մեր պետությունը ի վիճակի լինի լուծել էս բոլոր խնդիրները, էն ժամանակ կարելի է քննարկել:
