Բելառուսի կողմից Ադրբեջանին զենք վաճառելը նախեւառաջ ուղղակի մարտահրավեր է, ձեռնոց Բելառուսի կողմից հայ-բելառուսական հարաբերություններին։ Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց Քաղաքական եւ միջազգային հետազոտությունների հայկական կենտրոնի փորձագետ Ռուբեն Մեհրաբյանը:
«Դա ձեռնոց եւ մարտահրավեր է ՀԱՊԿ-ին որպես կազմակերպություն եւ ընդհանրապես նպատակահարմարությանը այդ թյուրիմացություն հանդիսացող կազմակերպության մեջ Հայաստանի անդամակցությանը, որովհետեւ առկա է հիմնարար փաստաթղթերում գրված կետերի խախտում, որի մասին հայկական դիվանագիտությունը պետք է շատ կտրուկ արձագանքի: Սա քայլ է ուղղված տարածաշրջանային կայունության եւ անվտանգության դեմ»,-հայտարարեց Մեհրաբյանը՚
Նրա խոսքով, պետք է հաշվի առնել նաեւ, որ մեր տարածաշրջանը կարեւոր է եվրոպական անվտանգության, միջազգային անվտանգության համար, որովհետեւ այստեղ շատ շահեր են բախվում. «Զենքի այս մատակարարումը կարող է պայթեցնել այդ անվտանգությունն ու կայունությունը հենց եվրոպական եւ միջազգային անվտանգության տեսակետից։ Բացի դրանից պետք է ասել, որ հայկական կողմի արձագանքն այս պահի դրությամբ զրոյական է։ Սա ուղղակի զարմանալի է, անհասկանալի եւ ինչ որ տեղ ոչ ադեկվատ»։
Հարցին, թե ինչ պետք է անի հայկական կողմն այս պայմաններում, փորձագետը պատասխանեց. «Բելառուսի դեսպանին պետք է հրավիրեն արտգործնախարարություն եւ պարզաբանում պահանջեն: Նվազագույնը որ պետք է անի Հայաստանը, պահանջի Ռուսաստանից դադարեցնել զենքի մատակարարումն Ադրբեջանին եւ նույնը պահանջի Բելառուսից: Քանի որ այդ զենքի մատակարարումներն արդեն տեղի են ունեցել, հայկական կողմին հասցված վնասը պետք է հատուցվի: Պետք է հատուցեն Բելառուսն ու Ռուսաստանը: Դա նվազագույնն է, ինչ հայկական կողմը նրանցից պետք է պահանջի, որովհետեւ այս ամբողջի հետեւանքով հնարավոր է հայ զինվորի արյուն թափվի»։
Ինչ վերաբերում է փաստին, որ Բելառուսի կողմից Ադրբեջանին զենքի վաճառքի ֆոնին, ՀՀ Արմեն Սարգսյանը շնորհավերել է Բելառուսի նախագահ Ալեքսանդր Լուկաշենկոյին դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունների 25-ամյակի առիթվ, Ռուբեն Մեհրաբյանն ասաց. «Մի կողմից սա ձեւական բնույթի շնորհավորանքների փոխանակում է: Ամեն դեպքում այդ շնորհավորանքներն ադեկվատ չեն»։
