Տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարար Սուրեն Պապիկյանը Սյունիքի մարզպետարանի աշխատակիցներին, հանրապետական գործադիր մարմինների տարածքային կառույցների ներկայացուցիչներին, համայնքների ղեկավարներին է ներկայացրել նորանշանակ մարզպետ Կարեն Համբարձումյանին։

 

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, նախարար Պապիկյանը, շնորհավորելով Կարեն Համբարձումյանին մարզպետի պատասխանատու պաշտոնում նշանակվելու կապակցությամբ և մաղթելով բեղմնավոր աշխատանք, ասել է, որ հայաստանյան քաղաքական իրավիճակով պայմանավորված` պետությունը կանգնել է կարևորագույն մի ճամփաբաժանի առջև, որում յուրաքանչյուրը պետք է ունենա իր պատասխանատու դերակատարումը: «Այսօր հետհեղափոխական Հայաստանում հնարավորություն ենք ստացել ստեղծել իրավամբ ժողովրդավար երկիր և այդ քաղաքակրթական նոր հանգրվանին հասնելու ճանապարհն անցնում է մեր համայնքներով»,- նշել է նախարարը։ Սուրեն Պապիկյանը տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմիններին հիշեցրել է, որ հենց նրանք են հանդիսանում հասարակության արտացոլումը, ժողովրդի պատգամները, խնդիրներն ու պահանջները կրողն ու ներկայացնողը,  և այս գործընթացում խիստ կարևոր է ամենօրյա աշխատանքային ռեժիմում դրսևորել թափանցիկություն և հաշվետվողականություն։

 

Նախարարը խոսել է  նաև համայնքային հողի և գույքի օտարման գործընթացում հնարավոր կոռուպցիոն ռիսկերի բացառմանը միտված ՏԿԶ նախարարության կողմից մշակվող առցանց էլեկտրոնային հարթակի մասին, որը հնարավորություն կտա չեզոքացնել գույքի օտարման գործընթացում կամայականություններն ու ապօրինությունները՝ տեղեկատվական բազան դարձնելով բաց և հասանելի։

 

Սուրեն Պապիկյանը ներկաներին հիշեցրել է վարչապետի հանձարարականի մասին, համաձայն որի մարզպետարանները պետք է ունենան մարզերի զարգացմանն ուղղված պատրաստի բիզնես- փաթեթներ, որոնք առաջարկվելու են ոչ միայն տեղի գործարարներին, այլև մեր այն հայրենակիցներին, ովքեր ապրելով Հայաստանի սահմաններից դուրս, ցանկանում են ներդրումներ կատարել հայրենիքում։ 

 

Նորանշանակ մարզպետ Կարեն Համբարձումյանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել ՀՀ կառավարությանը բարձր և պատասխանատու քաղաքական պաշտոնն իրեն վստահելու համար և հավաստիացրել, որ գործելու է բացառապես ի շահ և ի նպաստ Սյունյաց աշխարհի և Սյունիքի ժողովրդի։
