Վրաստանում դատարանը «Ռուսթավի» հեռուստաալիքը վերադարձրել Է նախկին սեփականատիրոջը

Թբիլիսիի քաղաքային դատարանը որոշել Է փոխել Վրաստանի «Ռուսթավի-2» հանրաճանաչ հեռուստաալիքի սեփականատիրոջը: Դատարանի վճռին համապատասխան՝ հեռուստաընկերության բոլոր բաժնետոմսերը պետք Է վերադարձվեն վերջինիս նախկին սեփականատիրոջը՝ գործարար Քիբար Խալվաշիին, տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը՝ հղում անելով վրացական լրատվամիջոցներին:
Ինչպես հայտարարել Է Խալվաշին, բաժնետոմսերը վաճառելու որոշումն ինքն ընդունել Է 2006 թվականին կառավարության, ներառյալ այն ժամանակ երկրի նախագահ Միխեիլ Սահակաշվիլիի ճնշման ներքո: Օգոստոսին Խալվաշիի հայցով կալանք Էր դրվել հեռուստաալիքի ունեցվածքի վրա:
«Ռուսթավի-2»-ը բարձր վարկանիշով ալիք Է եւ աչքի Է ընկնում իշխանությունների հասցեին սուր քննադատությամբ:
«Ակնհայտ Է, որ այս վճիռը բացարձակապես իրավաբանական ուժ չունի եւ ոչ մի կարգի հետեւանքներ չի կարող ունենալ: Այն կարող Է օգտագործվել որպես սոսկ այն բանի ապացույց, որ Բիձինա Իվանիշվիլին եւ նրա վարչակարգը դադարել են արդար դատարանի մասին խոսելուց, եւ դրանից նույնիսկ երեւութականություն չի մնացել»,- դատարանի վճիռը հեռուստաալիքի եթերում մեկնաբանել Է հեռուստաընկերության գլխավոր տնօրեն Նիկա Գվարամիան:
