ՀՀ ԱԺ նախագահ Արա Բաբլոյանը հունիսի 8-ին ընդունել է Ամերիկայի հայկական համագումարի համանախագահներ Վան Գրիգորյանին, Էնթոնի Բարսամյանին, գործադիր տնօրեն Բրայան Արդունիին, տարածաշրջանային տնօրեն Արփի Վարդանյանին:

 

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԱԺ լրատվության և հանրության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, ողջունելով հյուրերին` Արա Բաբլոյանը կարեւորել է կառույցի առաքելությունը Միացյալ Նահանգներում համահայկական խնդիրների բարձրաձայնման ու լուծման ուղղությամբ, ինչպես նաեւ հայ-ամերիկյան հարաբերությունների զարգացման գործում:

 

Խորհրդարանի ղեկավարը բարձր է գնահատել նրանց ջանքերը ԱՄՆ-ի կողմից Արցախին ցուցաբերած շարունակական աջակցության հարցում:

 

ԱԺ նախագահը, անդրադառնալով երկրի ներքաղաքական իրադրությանը, նշել է, որ Հայաստանում հավատարիմ լինելով ժողովրդավարական արժեքներին՝ առաջնահերթությունը տրվել է անվտանգությանն ու ներքին համերաշխությանը: Արա Բաբլոյանը հավելել է, որ գործընթացներն իրականացվել են Սահմանադրությանը համահունչ: 

 

Խորհրդարանի ղեկավարը կարեւորել է հայաստանյան նախաձեռնություններում, մասնավորապես, տնտեսության զարգացմանն ուղղված քայլերում սփյուռքահայության ակտիվ դերակատարությունը:

 

Ամերիկայի հայկական համագումարի ներկայացուցիչները, շնորհակալություն հայտնելով ընդունելության համար, ընդգծել են Հայաստանի ներքաղաքական կյանքում փոխըմբռնման մթնոլորտի առկայությունը: Հայ-ամերիկյան հարաբերությունների առավել խորացման հարցում նրանք արժեւորել են խորհրդարանականների պարբերական շփումներն ու փոխայցերը:

 

Զրուցակիցներն անդրադարձել են տարածաշրջանային խնդիրներին: Քննարկվել են համագործակցությունն առավել արդյունավետ ու շարունակական դարձնելու հնարավորությունները:
