Քննարկվում է մարզերում բժիշկների թափուր հաստիքները լրացնելու նոր նախագիծ

Հանրապետության տարբեր համայնքներում բժիշկների թափուր հաստիքները լրացնելուն առնչվող հարցեր են քննարկվել առողջապահության նախարար Արսեն Թորոսյանի և «Դասավանդիր, Հայաստան» կրթական հիմնադրամի ներկայացուցիչների հանդիպման ընթացքում:
Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, hիմնադրամի հիմնադիր և ղեկավար Լարիսա Հովհաննիսյանը ներկայացրել է իրենց կողմից իրականացվող ծրագիրը՝ ուղղված համայնքային դպրոցներում մասնագետների բացի լրացմանը: Սա իրականացվում է ուսուցիչների վերապատրաստման, մարզերում նրանց կեցության հարցերի լուծման միջոցով, որպեսզի վերջիններս շահագրգռված լինեն աշխատել համայնքներում:
Նախարարի հետ քննարկվել է նման մոդելով ծրագրի ներդրումը նաև առողջապահության ոլորտում ՝ այսպիսով մարզեր ուղարկելու վերապատրաստված կադրերի, որոնք կհամալրեն համայնքներում բժիշկ-մասնագետների ամենատարբեր թափուր հաստիքները:
Գործակցության ժամկետերը, մեխանիզմները և աշխարհագրությունը կքննարկվեն ու կհստակեցվեն նաև հետագա հանդիպումների ընթացքում, որոնց շուրջ ձեռք է բերվել պայմանավորվածություն:
