«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
ՀՀԿ խորհրդարանական խմբակցությունը լքածների մասին խոսելով՝ Գալուստ Սահակյանն ասել է, թե «մեր շարքերը չեն կարող լքել»: Հետո ավելացրել է. «Այո, հեռանում են, դա ուրիշ բան է»: Շատերն այս խոսքերին վերաբերվեցին որպես Գրիգորիչի հերթական ձևակերպում՝ «գողությունը գողանալ բառը չէ» կամ «ցմահ կլինի մահապատիժը» հանգվույն: Սակայն իրականության մեջ, եթե ուշադիր լինենք ՀՀԿ գործողություններին, որպես կանոն ծածուկ կամ ենթատեքստային «բացահայտումները» շատ հաճախ հանրայնացվել են հենց Գալուստ Սահակյանի միջոցով, իբր միամտորեն, իբր «ձեռքի հետ» ասված: Կարծում ենք՝ սա այս դեպքերից է և ոչ մի կապ չունի տաֆտալոգիայի հետ: Մարդը պարզ ու հստակ ասում է՝ այո, խմբակցությունից ու կուսակցությունից հեռանում են, բայց միայն այդքանը. մեր ՇԱՐՔԵՐԸ լքել ուղղակի չեն կարող: Մենք քանիցս առիթ ունեցել ենք նշել, որ այս ողջ աժիոտաժը հստակ վերահսկվում է Սերժ Սարգսյանի կողմից: Խոսել ենք նաև նպատակների մասին և նորից կրկնելու անհրաժեշտություն չենք տեսնում: Հիմա Գրիգորիչը փաստացի հասկացնում է, որ մենք ու մեզ նման մտածող շատերն իրավացի են: Այսինքն, այս րոպեական խնդիրներ լուծելու համար ՀՀԿ գործարար թևը առերևույթ (հետաքրքիր բառ է) դուրս են գալիս կուսակցությունից ու խմբակցությունից, իսկ իրականում մնում են ՇԱՐՔԵՐՈՒՄ: Նրանք իրականում չեն էլ կարող դուրս լինել այդ շարքերից, որովհետ խոսքը ոչ միայն կլանային շարքերի, այլև տեսակի ու միմյանց հետ շատ թելերով փոխկապակցված շարքերի մասին է: Այնպես որ, նրանք մեծ ցանկության դեպքում անգամ չեն կարող նոր իշխանությունների շարքերը համալրել, այլ ընդամենը լինելու են այդ կառավարության որոշումների անցկացման օժանդակ ուժը: Իհարկե, հասարակական ընկալման տեսակետից նման վիճակը շահավետ է այդպիսի դեմքերից ձերբազատվող ՀՀԿ–ին, և ընդհակառակը՝ բացարձակ ձեռնտու չէ նման առերևույթ (էլի այս բառը) հենարան ստացող կառավարությանը, սակայն Գալուստ Գրիգորիչի հայտարարությունն ամեն ինչ իր տեղն է դնում: Մի խոսքով, ինչպես ժողովուրդն է ասում, «վառում» է Սերժ Սարգսյանի ծրագրերը: Կամ գուցե հենց այդպես էլ պետք է, ու Գ.Սահակյանի հայտարարությունը ՀՀԿ ղեկավարի ծրագրի մի մասն է կազմում: Սա պակաս հավանական չէ, քանի որ նախկինում նման «վառոցների» քիչ չենք ականատես եղել:
