ԱԱԾ-ն բացահայտել է զինծառայության հետ կապված խաբեությամբ խոշոր չափերի գումարների հափշտակության դեպք

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության կողմից իրականացված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների և քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում բացահայտվել է զինվորական ծառայության հետ կապված տարբեր պատրվակներով, խաբեությամբ առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի գումարների հափշտակության դեպք: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ԱԱԾ մամուլի կենտրոնից:

Ձեռք բերված նախնական տվյալների համաձայն` ՀՀ քաղաքացի Նվարդ Օսիպյանը, մի շարք քաղաքացիների ներկայանալով որպես ՀՀ ՊՆ զինվորական հոսպիտալի կամ նախարարության վերահսկիչ վարչության աշխատակից և չարաշահելով վերջիններիս վստահությունը, նրանց որդիներին պարտադիր ժամկետային զինվորական ծառայությունից ազատելու կամ արդեն ծառայության մեջ գտնվողներին վաղաժամկետ զորացրելու, ինչպես նաև հետագա ծառայության նախընտրելի վայր տեղափոխելու պատրվակներով 2017-2018 թթ. պահանջել և խաբեությամբ հափշտակել է ընդհանուր առմամբ  9.730.800 ՀՀ դրամին համարժեք 20.400 ԱՄՆ դոլար:  Նվարդ Օսիպյանն իրականում որևէ տեղ չի աշխատել և գործընթացների վրա ազդելու հնարավորություններ չի ունեցել:

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ԱԱԾ քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ` ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 178-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետի («Առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով խարդախություն») հատկանիշներով: Նվարդ Օսիպյանը ձերբակալվել է: 

Կատարվում է նախաքննություն: 

Նվարդ Օսիպյանի հնարավոր հանցավոր գործունեությունից տուժած քաղաքացիները կարող են դիմել ՀՀ ԱԱԾ քննչական վարչություն` 010-57-93-12 և 011-56-27-24 հեռախոսահամարներով: 

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի համար կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով՝ դատարանի՝ օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
