Փաշինյանն անդրադարձավ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին մարտի 1-ի գործով հարցաքննության կանչելու հարցին

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն անդրադարձել է մարտի 1-ի դեպքերի քրեական գործով ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին հարցաքննության կանչելու մասին լուրերին: Ազգային ժողովում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հիշեցրեց իր հայտարարությունը, որ մարտի 1-ի գործը պետք է բացահայտվի: «Ես ասել եմ, որ մարտի 1-ի գործը պետք է բացահայտվի: Դրա համար, եթե անհրաժեշտ կլինի, որ ես հարցաքննվեմ, ես կհարցաքննվեմ, եթե անհրաժեշտ լինի, որ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը հարցաքննվի, Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը կհարցաքննվի»,-ասաց վարչապետը:
Հարցին՝ հիմա կա՞ նման գործընթաց, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը պատասխանեց, «Ես իմ տեսակետն այդ կապակցությամբ արտահայտել եմ, և հիմա դրա վերաբերյալ դիրքորոշում պետք է ունենան իրավապահ մարմինները»:
Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը մարտի 1-ի դեպքերի բացահայտման անհրաժեշտությանն անդրադարձավ նաև խորհրդարանում կառավարության ծրագրի քննարկման ընթացքում իր ունեցած ելույթում: Նա հայտարարեց, որ հանձնարարականներ է տվել իրավապահներին մարտի 1-ի սպանությունների բացահայտման հարցով զբաղվելու համար: «Իրավապահ համակարգը բավարար չեմ կարող գնահատել այնքան ժամանակ, քանի դեռ մարտի 1-ը բացահայտված չէ», - ասաց վարչապետը:
Վարչապետը նաև նկատեց, որ ոսկե տառերով է գրվելու այն իրավապահ համակարգի անունը, որը կբացահայտի այդ գործը, սպանությունների հեղինակներին։ Փաշինյանը հայտարարեց մարտի 1-ի գործը կրկին վերաբացելու մասին՝ շեշտելով, որ մեղավորները պատասխանատվության են ենթարկվելու:
