ՀՀ մշակույթի նախարարությունը կհամագործակցի սփյուռքից ժամանած կամավորների հետ

«Դեպի Հայք» (Birthright Armenia) կազմակերպության գործադիր տնօրեն Սևան Կաբակյանը մշակույթի նախարար Լիլիթ Մակունցի հետ հանդիպմանն ասել է, որ Հայաստան այցելող կամավորների համար կազմակերպում են հայոց լեզվի ուսուցման դասընթացներ, ճանաչողական ծրագրեր: Կազմակերպությունը մինչ օրս հյուրընկալել է ավելի քան 1600 կամավորի 45 երկրից:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ մշակույթի նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, հանդիպմանը ներկա Հայ կամավորների միության (Armenian Volunteer Corps ( AVC)) գործադիր տնօրեն կանադահայ Թանիա Շիշմանյանն էլ հավելել է, որ 2002 թվականից գործող միությունն առ այսօր ընդունել է 49 երկրից ժամանած շուրջ 800 կամավորի: Նրանց թվում ոչ միայն սփյուռքի մեր հայրենակիցներն են, այլև արտասահմանցիներ, որոնք հետաքրքրված են Հայաստանով:
«Ուրախ եմ, որ ձեր գործունեությունը տարածվում է նաև մարզերում, որովհետև կա տպավորություն, որ ամեն ինչ կենտրոնացված է Երևանում, ու դրանից շատ են տուժում մարզերը: Այն անկումային տրամադրությունները, որ կան մարզերում, նաև մշակութային մթնոլորտի բացակայության արդյունքն են»,-ասել է մշակույթի նախարար Լիլիթ Մակունցը:
Նա տեղեկացրել է, որ փորձում են ելքեր գտնել մշակութային կյանքը մարզերում ակտիվացնելու ուղղությամբ, և այդ հարցում ակնկալում է նաև կամավորների աջակցությունը: Հյուրերի կողմից հնչել է տեսակետ, թե Սփյուռքը մեծ ցանկություն ունի օգնելու հայրենի մշակույթին, բայց հաճախ չգիտի՝ ինչպե՞ս: Հայաստանի մշակույթի նախարարությունն, ըստ հնչած տեսակետի, կարող է մեկ ընդհանուր դաշտ բերել առանձին-առանձին գործող տարբեր կառույցները և աշխատանքը մշակույթի ոլորտում դարձնել առավել արդյունավետ ու համակարգված:
Լիլիթ Մակունցը կամավորներին հրավիրել է մասնակցել նախարարության նախաձեռնությամբ իրականացվող մասնագիտական քննարկումներին. առաջիկայում կինոյի մասին օրենքի շուրջ քննարկումներն են:
«Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի գագաթաժողովի շրջանակում իրականացվող միջոցառումների կազմակերպման գործում ևս մենք կունենանք ձեր օժանդակության կարիքը»,-ասել է նախարարը:
«Դեպի Հայք» կազմակերպությունը հիմնադրվել է 2004 թվականին: Նպատակը՝ Հայաստանից դուրս ապրող 21-32 տարեկան հայ երիտասարդներին հայրենիքը ոչզբոսաշրջիկի հայացքով ճանաչելու հնարավորություն տալն է: Ծրագիրը հիմնված է կամավորության սկզբունքի վրա. սփյուռքահայ երիտասարդներն իրենց ներդրումն ենունենում հայրենիքի զարգացման գործում ամենատարբեր ոլորտներում իրականացվող կամավորական աշխատանքի միջոցով: Կամավորներն այժմ գործունեություն ենիրականացնում ոչ միայն Երևանում, այլև Վանաձորում, Գյումրիում, մի քանիսն այս պահին աշխատում են Արցախում:
