«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Ադրբեջանը սկսել է էլեկտրաէներգիա արտահանել դեպի Իրան, ինչի մասին երկու օր առաջ հայտարարել էին «Ազերէներգիա» ընկերության ներկայացուցիչները: Ընկերությունը 80 ՄՎտ էլեկտրաէներգիա է սկսել տեղափոխել Իրանի հյուսիս-արևմուտքում գտնվող Մոգան ու Աստարա շրջաններ: Սվոպի գործարքների համաձայն՝ Իրանը ձմռանը էլեկտրաէներգիա է արտահանում Հայաստան և Ադրբեջան, իսկ ամռանը, երբ ներքին պահանջարկը մեծանում է՝ ներկրում:
Իրան-Ադրբեջան հարաբերությունները ոչ միշտ են հարթ հունով ընթացել: Եղել են հակասություններ ու լարվածություն տարաբնույթ հարցերում: Այս ֆոնի վրա Հայաստան-Իրան հարաբերությունների վրա նման համագործակցությունը կարո՞ղ է անդրադառնալ: Եթե այո՝ ինչո՞ւ և ինչպե՞ս: Հարցին ի պատասխան քաղաքագետ Էմիլ Օրդուխանյանը «Փաստ»-ի հետ զրույցում կարծիք հայտնեց, որ որևէ լուրջ անդրադարձ բացասական իմաստով այս պահին չի կարող լինել: Պատ ճառն, ըստ քաղաքագետի, շատ պարզ է՝ Իրանի էներգետիկ ներուժից օգտվելու և համագործակցելու հնարավորություն ունի նաև ՀՀ-ը:
«Մենք էլ գազ ենք ներկրում, որը վերածվում է էլեկտրաէներգիայի և վերադարձվում է Իրանին: Մենք մեր հարաբերություններն Իրանի հետ չպետք է երրորդ պետությամբ պայմանավորենք, այլ ուղիղ՝ երկուստեք հարաբերությունները խորացնելու մասին մտածենք: Հատկապես Իրանը մեր այն հարևան երկիրն է, որը բարիդրացիականորեն է տրամադրված Հայաստանի և նույնը՝ մենք Իրանի նկատմամբ: Եվ մենք էլ պետք է օգտվենք այս էներգետիկ հնարավորություններից և համագործակցությունից»,- ասաց նա:
Ինչ մնում է Ադրբեջանին, քաղաքագետը նկատեց, որ ցանկացած պետություն ազատ է կառուցելու իր էներգետիկ քաղաքականությունը
Այնպես որ՝ որքան էլ «հաճելի» չլինի բարեկամ-ընկեր պետության համագործակցությունը մեզ ոչ բարեկամ մեկ այլ երկրի հետ, դա պետք է դիտարկել համակողմանի:
