Սոցիալական ապահովության պետական ծառայության պետ Հովհաննես Սահակյանն աշխատանքից ազատման դիմում է ներկայացրել:Այս մասին Հովհաննես Սահակյանի հայտարարությունը հրապարակվել է ծառայության ֆեյսբուքյան էջում:
Հովհաննես Սահակյանը նշել է, որ այս 9 ամիսների ընթացքում իրեն վստահվել էր զբաղեցնել ՀՀ ԱՍՀՆ սոցիալական ապահովության պետական ծառայության պետի պաշտոնը, որին վերաբերել է մեծ պատասխանատվությամբ:
«Աշխատանքային առաջին իսկ օրվանից ծառայության 51 տարածքային բաժինների և կենտրոնական ապարատի աշխատակիցներին եմ ներկայացրել իմ սկզբունքներն ու մոտեցումները՝ արժանապատիվ, բարձրակարգ ու բարեխիղճ ծառայությունների մատուցումը մեր տատիկներին ու պապիկներին: Ես և մեր թիմը նպատակադրվել ենք բարձրացնել սոցիալական աշխատողի դերն ու անունը մեր հասարակության մեջ և լուծելի դարձնել մեր երկրի համար մի շարք հիմնարար հարցեր: Թիմի հետ միասին այլևս իրականություն դարձրեցինք 4 հիմնական ծրագրերի գործարկումը՝ քաղաքացիներին մատուցվող ծառայությունների մատչելիության ապահովումը, աշխատանքային գրքույկների հաշվառում և աշխատանքային գրքույկներում առկա տեղեկատվությունը պետական կենսաթոշակային համակարգի տվյալների շտեմարան ներառելու աշխատանքները: Դրանից բացի, գործատուի վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվությունը հաշվառելու և աշխատանքային ստաժը հաշվարկելու ընթացակարգերը կատարելագործելու ենթահամակարգը, ինչպես նաև ուժային կառույցների վճարումներն ապահովելու գործառույթները պետական կենսաթոշակային համակարգի տվյալների շտեմարանի միջոցով իրականացնելու նպատակով պետական կենսաթոշակային համակարգի տվյալների շտեմարանի լրամշակումը»,-նշել է Հովհաննես Սահակյանը:
Վերադառնալով Արցախից և ամփոփելով համատեղ փոխգործակցության արդյունքում «Էլեկտրոնային կենսաթոշակ» տեղեկատվական համակարգի ներդրման վերջնական արդյունքները՝ Հովհաննես Սահակյանը որոշել է աշխատանքից ազատման դիմում ներկայացնել:
«Լինելով չափազանց պատասխանատու մարդ՝ այս որոշումը կայացրեցի հենց այս պահին՝ վստահ լինելով , որ հունիս ամսվա կենսաթոշակների վճարման գործընթացը չի ուշանա գեթ մեկ օր: Շնորհակալություն եմ ուզում հայտնել Սոցիալական ապահովության պետական ծառայության աշխատակազմին՝ կրտսեր մասնագետից մինչև վարչության պետ, դիմում ընդունողից մինչև տարածքային բաժնի պետ և բոլոր նրանց ում հետ ամեն օր առիթ եմ ունեցել աշխատելու: Շնորհակալ եմ միասնական և թիմային աշխատանքի, ցուցաբերած պատրաստակամության համար: Հենց Ձե´ր շնորհիվ մենք այս կարճ ժամանակահատվածում գրանցեցինք շոշափելի արդյունքներ , իսկ նոր թիմին մաղթում եմ արդյունավետ աշխատանք և նորանոր ձեռքբերումներ»,-նշել է Հովհաննես Սահակյանը:
