SOCIETYԱրցախի պաշտպանության նախարարությունը հայտարարություն է տարածել հունիսի 1-ի երեկոյան Ստեփանակերտում կենցաղային հողի վրա տեղի ունեցած միջադեպի կապակցությամբ՝ հորդորելով զերծ մնալ Արցախի ներքաղաքական իրավիճակն արհեստականորեն սրելու վտանգավոր քայլերից։ Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ԱՀ ՊՆ մամուլի ծառայությունից՝ հավելելով. «Սիրելի հայրենակիցներ,
Հունիսի 1-ի երեկոյան Ստեփանակերտում կենցաղային հողի վրա տեղի ունեցած ցավալի միջադեպն ստացել է հանրային լայն հնչեղություն:
Հաշվի առնելով այն փաստը, որ առաջնագծից ոչ այնքան հեռու գտնվող թիկունքում տեղի ունեցող ցանկացած իրադարձություն, որն անգամ թեթևակիորեն կարող է սպառնալ ժողովրդի անվտանգությանը և անդրադառնալ սահմանային իրադրության վրա, Արցախի Հանրապետության պաշտպանության նախարարությունը խորին մտահոգություն է հայտնում այդ եւ դրան հետեւած դեպքերի զարգացման վերաբերյալ:
Ընդունելով յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքացու սահմանադրական իրավունքի բացարձակ գերակայությունը և անթույլատրելի ու դատապարտելի համարելով բռնության ցանկացած դրսևորում՝ Արցախի Հանրապետության պաշտպանության նախարարությունը հորդորում է զերծ մնալ առանց այդ էլ արտաքին սպառնալիքների տակ գտնվող մեր երկրի ներքաղաքական իրավիճակն արհեստականորեն սրելու վտանգավոր քայլերից և հարցի հանգուցալուծումը դիտարկել բացառապես իրավական հարթությունում»:
Ոստիկանության Ստեփանակերտի քաղաքային վարչության հերթապահ մաս հունիսի 1-ին ժամը19:25-ին ահազանգ է ստացվել այն մասին, որ Ստեփանակերտ քաղաքի Բաղրամյան 2բ շենքիդիմաց վիճաբանություն է տեղի ունենում: Դեպքի վայր մեկնած օպերատիվ խումբը պարզել է, որնույն օրը ժամը 19:15-ի սահմաններում նշված վայրում վիճաբանություն է առաջացել մի կողմիցնույն քաղաքի բնակիչներ՝ 1981թ. ծնված Դ. Հ-ի, 1983թ. ծնված Ա.Ա-ի, իսկ մյուս կողմից 1985թ. ծնված Մ.Մ-ի (ԱԱԾ ծառայող) միջև, որի ընթացքում կողմերը փոխադարձ հարվածներ ենհասցրել միմյանց՝ պատճառելով մարմնական վնասվածքներ: ԱՀ ոստիկանության ՔՀՎծառայողների հետ համատեղ ձեռնարկված միջոցառումներով, վիճաբանությանը մասնակցելուկասկածանքով, ոստիկանության Ստեփանակերտի քաղաքային վարչություն բերման էենթարկվել 15 քաղաքացի: Նշանակվել է դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություն: Նախապատրաստվում են նյութեր ԱՀ գլխավոր դատախազության հատուկ քննչական բաժինուղարկելու համար:
