Ստեփանակերտի Վերածննդի հրապարակում ազատամարտիկների նախաձեռնությամբ կազմակերպվել է խաղաղ հանրահավաք
SOCIETYԱրցախի ազատամարտիկների նախաձեռնությամբ հունիսի 3-ին, Ստեփանակերտի Վերածննդի հրապարակում կազմակերպվել է խաղաղ հանրահավաք:
Ելույթով հանդես է եկել Արցախի հերոս, ԱԺ պատգամավոր, ԱՀ Ազգային Ժողովիպաշտպանության, անվտանգության և օրինապահպանության մշտական հանձնաժողովինախագահ Ժաննա Գալստյանը: Նա, մասնավորապես նշել է, որ երեկվանից Ստեփանակերտի կենտրոնական փողոցներից մեկի երթևեկելի հատվածը փակած մի խումբ երիտասարդների բողոքի ակցիան որոշ մարդկանց մարդկանց կողմից փորձ է արվում կենցաղային բնույթ ունեցող խնդրից վերածել քաղաքական շարժման, ինչը կարող է շատ վտանգավոր դառնալ Արցախի միասնականության և անվտանգության համար:
«Եղել է կենցաղային վեճ, կռիվ մի խումբ տղաների միջև, որը վայել չէ արցախցիներիս. այնդատապարտելի է: Մեր ստեղծած պետության իրավական մարմինները կատարել ենհամապատասխան գործողություններ: Ես հավաստիացնում եմ, որ գիշերը՝ ժամը 05:00-ին պատահած դեպքի բոլոր մասնակիցները, բացի նրանցից, ովքեր հիվանդանոցում պառկած են, ձերբակալված են, տարվում է քննություն: Այսօր մենք հավաքվել ենք այստեղ, որպեսզի նաև այդքննությունը տարվի ամենայն արդարությամբ, որի համար էլ պահանջատեր ենք»,- նշել է Ժաննա Գալստյանը:
Ելույթներով հանդես են եկել նաև Արցախի ազատամարտիկներ, ովքեր ևս դատապարտել են Ստեփանակերտում ստեղծված իրավիճակը: Բողոքի այսօրվա հավաքին ակտիվ մասնակցում են նաև ԱԺ ընդդիմադիր պատգամավոր Հայկ Խանումյանը և ԱԺ նախկին պատգամավոր Վահան Բադասյանը: Բացի կենցաղային խնդիրներից, վերջիններիս կողմից հնչել են նաև քաղաքական բնույթի մի շարք հայտարարություններ:
Ոստիկանության Ստեփանակերտի քաղաքային վարչության հերթապահ մաս հունիսի 1-ին ժամը 19:25-ին ահազանգ է ստացվել այն մասին, որ Ստեփանակերտ քաղաքի Բաղրամյան 2բ շենքի դիմաց վիճաբանություն է տեղի ունենում: Դեպքի վայր մեկնած օպերատիվ խումբը պարզել է, որ նույն օրը ժամը 19:15-ի սահմաններում նշված վայրում վիճաբանություն է առաջացել մի կողմից նույն քաղաքի բնակիչներ՝ 1981թ. ծնված Դ. Հ-ի, 1983թ. ծնված Ա.Ա-ի, իսկ մյուս կողմից 1985թ. ծնված Մ.Մ-ի (ԱԱԾ ծառայող) միջև, որի ընթացքում կողմերը փոխադարձ հարվածներ են հասցրել միմյանց՝ պատճառելով մարմնական վնասվածքներ: ԱՀ ոստիկանության ՔՀՎ ծառայողների հետ համատեղ ձեռնարկված միջոցառումներով, վիճաբանությանը մասնակցելու կասկածանքով, ոստիկանության Ստեփանակերտի քաղաքային վարչություն բերման է ենթարկվել 15 քաղաքացի: Նշանակվել է դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություն: Նախապատրաստվում են նյութեր ԱՀ գլխավոր դատախազության հատուկ քննչական բաժին ուղարկելու համար:
Արցախի Հանրապետության Նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանը հունիսի 2-ին ընդունել է Ստեփանակերտում ընթացող բողոքի ակցիայի մի խումբ ներկայացուցիչների։ Քննարկվել են նախօրեին մայրաքաղաքում տեղի ունեցած միջադեպին վերաբերող մի շարք հարցեր։ Երկրի ղեկավարը ներկաներին հավաստիացրել է, որ իրականացվելու է մանրակրկիտ ու անաչառ հետաքննություն, եւ մեղավորները պատասխանատվություն են կրելու օրենքով սահմանված կարգով։
Արցախի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովում ստեղծվել է հանրային հնչեղություն ստացած հարցերի ուսումնասիրման քննիչ հանձնաժողով։
