 ՀՀ ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության Կենտրոնական բաժնի անչափահասների գործերով և ընտանիքում բռնության կանխարգելման բաժանմունքի սպա Հայկ Թովմասյանը, դուրս գալով իր պաշտոնեական լիազորությունների շրջանակից, բռնություն է գործադրել Արամայիս Ամիրբեկյանի նկատմամբ: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՔԾ լրատվական ծառայությունից:     

2018 թվականի ապրիլի 17-ին՝ ժամը 09:30-ի սահմաններում, մի շարք քաղաքացիներ Երևան քաղաքի Աբովյան փողոցի և Սայաթ-Նովա պողոտայի խաչմերուկում իրականացրել են բողոքի զանգվածային ակցիաներ, որոնց ընթացքում փակել են նաև հիշյալ ավտոճանապարհի երթևեկելի հատվածը: Հասարակական կարգն ու անվտանգությունն ապահովելու նպատակով նշված վայր են ժամանել ՀՀ ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության Կենտրոնական բաժնի ծառայողները, այդ թվում՝ Հայկ Թովմասյանը: Նրանք ավտոճանապարհի երթևեկությունը վերականգնելու և հասարակական կարգն ապահովելու նպատակով քաղաքացիներին հեռացրել են խաչմերուկի երթևեկելի հատվածից, իսկ որոշ դեպքերում՝ բերման ենթարկել ոստիկանական բաժիններ:

Այդ ընթացքում Հ. Թովմասյանը մյուս ոստիկանների հետ նշված խաչմերուկից հեռացրել է նաև բողոքի ակցիաների մասնակից Արամայիս Ամիրբեկյանին և վերջինիս տեղափոխել ոստիկանական ավտոմեքենայի սրահ: Այնուհետև, ակնհայտորեն դուրս գալով իր պաշտոնեական լիազորությունների շրջանակից, Հ. Թովմասյանը ավտոմեքենայի սրահում բռնություն է գործադրել Ա. Ամիրբեկյանի նկատմամբ՝ բռունցքով հարվածներ հասցնելով նրա գլխին:

Վերը նշված հանցավոր արարքի կատարման համար Հայկ Թովմասյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 309-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով:

Ծանուցում. ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
