«ԵՊՀ Ռեստարտ» նախաձեռնությունը բողոքի ակցիա է նախաձեռնել Երեւանի պետական համալսարանում: Նախաձեռնությունը կոչ է արել ուսանողներին, դասախոսներին եւ աշխատակազմի ներկայացուցիչներին դասադուլ եւ գործադուլ սկսել Երեւանի պետհամալսարանի ռեկտոր Արամ Սիմոնյանի հրաժարականի, ԵՊՀ-ում ֆինանսական աուդիտի անցկացման, Ուսանողական խորհրդի գործունեության կասեցման պահանջով։

Այս առնչությամբ, «Հանուն գիտության զարգացման» նախաձեռնության անդամ Դավիթ Պետրոսյանը Facebook-ի իր էջում հրապարակել է «ԵՊՀ Ռեստարտ»-ի հայտարարությունը, որտեղ ասվում է.

«Հաշվի առնելով Մայր բուհի բազմաթիվ խնդիրները՝ կրթության ցածր որակ, կենցաղային ոչ արժանապատիվ պայմաններ, ֆինանսների անարդյունավետ օգտագործում, ակադեմիական միջավայրի բացակայություն, դասախոսների եւ ուսանողների հետապնդումները քաղաքական հայացքների համար, բուհիի եւ նրա մի շարք կառույցների կուսակցականացվածությունը,

Հաշվի առնելով բազմաթիվ ուսանողների եւ դասախոսների բողոքները,

Հաշվի առնելով համալսարանում ուսանողների եւ դասախոսների շահերը պաշտպանող երկու կառույցների՝ ՈՒԽ-ների եւ արհմիության գործունեության ցածր արդյունավետությունը՝

ԵՊՀ Ռեստարտ նախաձեռնությունը կոչ է անում երեքշաբթի օրը՝ ժամը 11:00-ին, ուսանողներին, դասախոսներին եւ աշխատակազմի ներկայացուցիչներին սկսել դասադուլ եւ գործադուլ հետեւյալ պահաջներով:

1. ԵՊՀ ռեկտոր Արամ Սիմոնյանի հրաժարական

2. Հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի լուծարում

3. Ֆինանսական աուդիտի անցկացում

4. ՈՒԽ-ի եւ արհիմիության գործունեության կասեցում:

Հայաստանում տեղի է ունեցել Թավշյա հեղափոխություն, Հայաստանում տեղի է ունեցել մշակույթի եւ մտքի հեղափոխություն, եւ ԵՊՀ-ում տիրող եւ՛ մթնոլորտը, եւ՛ իրավիճակը չեն համապատասխանում հեղափոխության հռչակած սկզբունքներին եւ արժեքներին:

Համապատասխանեցումը շատ արագ պետք է իրականացվի:

Կեցցե՛ ազատ, անկախ ուսանողը, կեցցե՛ ազատ, անկախ դասախոսը, կեցցե՛ ազատ, անկախ ԵՊՀ-ն»:

Արամ Սիմոնյանի հրաժարականի պահանջով գրառում է արել նաեւ ՀՀ առաջին փոխվարչապետ Արարատ Միրզոյանի մամլո խոսնակ Կարպիս Փաշոյանը:

Ինքը՝ Արամ Սիմոնյանը հայտարարել է, որ «ամեն բախտախնդիրի պատճառով հրաժարական չի տալու»:
