Արա Բաբլոյանի շնորհավորական ուղերձը Հանրապետության տոնի, Մայիսյան հաղթանակների ու անկախության վերականգնման մեկդարյա հոբելյանի առթիվ:

Ուղերձում ասվում է.

«Սիրելի հայրենակիցներ,

շնորհավորում եմ բոլորիս Հանրապետության տոնի, Մայիսյան հաղթանակների ու անկախության վերականգնման մեկդարյա հոբելյանի առթիվ:

Հարյուր տարի առաջ այս օրը վեց դարերի ընդհատումից հետո վերածնվեց հայոց պետականությունը: Ցեղասպանության ենթարկված ժողովուրդը, իր պատմական հայրենիքից մնացած վերջին հատվածի վրա միավորելով բոլոր ուժերը, շրջեց պատմության ընթացքը: Մայիսյան համաժողովրդական հերոսամարտերը պսակվեցին Սարդարապատի փառահեղ հաղթանակով եւ դարձան ա՛յն հենասյուները, որոնց վրա խարսխվեց Հայաստանի Առաջին Հանրապետության հռչակումը:

Մեկ դար առաջ աշխարհի քաղաքական քարտեզի վրա կրկին գրվեց  ՀԱՅԱՍՏԱՆ բառը: Այդ իրավունքը միասին նվաճեցին հայ կադրային զինվորականը, արեւմտահայ գաղթականն ու կովկասահայ շինականը, արցախցի մարտիկն ու հայ հոգեւորականը: Եւ սերունդներին ավանդեցին պետականության անփոխարինելիության ու հայության ուժերի նկատմամբ հավատի վրա հիմնված արժեքային համակարգ, որի կրողն այսօր մենք ենք: 

Պատմաքաղաքական բարդագույն պայմաններում կարճ կյանք ունեցավ մեր վերածնված պետականությունը: Բայց նրա գոյության երկուսուկես տարիները բավական եղան՝ ապահովելու ժողովրդի կյանքն ու անվտանգությունը, լուրջ քայլեր ձեռնարկելու զինված ուժերի ստեղծման, պետական ու հասարակական կյանքը բնականոն հուն վերադարձնելու համար:

Հայաստանի Առաջին Հանրապետությունը դարձավ ա´յն հիմքը, որի վրա վեր բարձրացավ Խորհրդային Հայաստանը, իսկ այսօր պաշտպանված հայրենիք ու ազատ հասարակարգ են կառուցում Հայաստանի ու Արցախի Հանրապետությունները: Եվ դա հարգանքի լավագույն տուրքն է նրանց, ովքեր հուսահատության այն սեւ օրերին մեզ Մայիսի 28 պարգեւեցին:

Կրկին շնորհավորում եմ ողջ հայ ժողովրդին այս նվիրական տոնի առթիվ, մաղթում խաղաղություն, երջանկություն, ստեղծարար աշխատանք, ազատ պետություն կերտելու կամք եւ վճռականություն»:
