Արմեն Սարգսյանը ներկա է գտնվել Վրաստանի տոնակատարություններին (Ֆոտո)

Նախագահ Արմեն Սարգսյանը մայիսի 26-ին Թբիլիսիի Անկախության հրապարակում ներկա է գտնվել Վրաստանի Առաջին Ժողովրդավարական Հանրապետության 100-ամյակին նվիրված հանդիսավոր արարողությանը։
Իր խոսքում Հայաստանի նախագահը ջերմորեն շնորհավորել է Վրաստանի բարեկամ ժողովրդին Վրաստանի ազգային տոնի՝ պետական անկախության վերականգնման 100-ամյա հոբելյանի առթիվ եւ նշել, որ իր համար մեծ պատիվ է այդ հրաշալի առիթով լինել այնտեղ։ «Իմ երկիրը նույնպես երկու օր հետո՝ մայիսի 28-ին, կնշի Առաջին Հանրապետության 100-ամյակը»,-ասել է Հայաստանի ղեկավարը:
Նախագահ Սարգսյանի խոսքով, հայ-վրացական բարեկամությունը ոչ թե հարյուրամյա, այլ հազարամյա պատմություն ունի, եւ երկու ժողովուրդներն ունեն բազմաթիվ ընդհանրություններ։ «Փաստ է, հրաշալի փաստ, որ մեր երկու ժողովուրդները հարյուրամյակներ շարունակորեն ապրել են կողք-կողքի, միասին պայքարել իրենց անկախության եւ արժանապատվության համար, եւ երբեւէ չեն ունեցել որեւէ խոշոր հակամարտություն կամ թյուրըմբռնում։ Սա հատկապես շատ գնահատելի պետք է լինի մեզ համար՝ հայերի ու վրացիների նոր սերնդի համար»,-ընդգծել է Արմեն Սարգսյանը։
Հայաստանի Նախագահը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել այդ վեհաշուք հանդիսությանը մասնակցելու հրավերի, ինչպես նաեւ հայկական պատվիրակությանը ցուցաբերած ջերմ ընդունելության համար: Նա իր երախտագիտությունն է հայտնել հրաշալի քաղաք Թբիլիսիին, որը շատ երկար տարիներ եղել է Հարավային Կովկասի մշակութային կենտրոնը։ Քաղաք, որտեղ հայերը, վրացիները եւ բազմաթիվ այլ ազգեր ապրել են ներդաշնակորեն։ Քաղաք, որը եղել է մշակութային եւ արժեքային բազմազանության խաչմերուկ։ Արմեն Սարգսյանն ասել է, որ Թբիլիսին իր համար հատուկ է նաեւ, քանի որ այնտեղից է սերում իր ընտանիքի մի մասը՝ տիկնոջ մեծ ծնողները, քաղաք է, որտեղ բացի վրացերենից, խոսում են բազմաթիվ այլ լեզուներով, այդ թվում նաեւ՝ հայերեն։
Շարունակելով իր խոսքը հայերեն՝ նախագահ Սարգսյանն ասել է․ «Մեր երկու ժողովուրդների համար պատմական այս հոբելյանների հիմքում ընկած է ազատության գաղափարը, որը շարունակում է առաջնորդող մնալ մեզ համար նաեւ այսօր:
Այսօրվա իրողությունները մեզ պարտավորեցնում են ոչ միայն պահպանել, այլեւ զարգացնել եւ բազմապատկել մեր ունեցած արժեքներն ու ձեռքբերումները, ստեղծել այն նորը, որն արժանի կլինի հիշատակության եւ ինչու չէ, ընդօրինակման: Հակամարտությունները խաղաղությամբ կարգավորելու, հարավկովկասյան տարածաշրջանը զարգացած ու համերաշխ դարձնելու մեր բոլոր ջանքերը բխում են հենց մեր դավանած արժեքներից»:
Ավարտելով խոսքը՝ Հայաստանի նախագահը պատմական հոբելյանի առթիվ եւս մեկ անգամ շնորհավորել է բարեկամ վրացի ժողովրդին եւ մաղթել խաղաղություն, բարգավաճում ու ամենայն բարիք:
