«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
«Փաստ» օրաթերթի զրուցակիցն է ԱԺ «Ելք» խմբակցության նոր պատգամավոր Հրաչյա Հակոբյանը
-Հաշվի առնելով, որ դերասան եք, Ձեր օրենսդրական նախաձեռնությունները վերաբերելու են միայն մշակույթի՞ն:
-Հիմնականում զբաղվելու եմ մշակութային հարցերով: Բայց ես աշխատելու եմ խմբակցության հետ, մասնակցելու եմ բոլոր թեմաների շուրջ քննարկումներին: Հարցերս և ելույթներս կարող են լինել տարբեր ոլորտներին վերաբերող, սակայն մշակույթը կլինի գերակշռող: Չէի ասի, որ այս տարիներին ԱԺ ամբիոնից մեր ոլորտի հարցերը շատ են բարձրացվել:
-Ազգային ժողովում առաջին հարցը, որը տվեցիք նախարար Լիլիթ Մակունցին, վերաբերում էր սերիալների որակին: Պետական գերատեսչության ղեկավարն ինչպե՞ս կարող է վերահսկել մասնավոր հեռուստաընկերությունների եթերը: Նա ունի՞ այդ ազդեցությունը:
-Ես չգիտեմ, թե ինչպես կկարգավորվիդա: Հիշում եմ, որ Սարի թաղում սպանություն էր տեղի ունեցել տարիներ առաջ, հանցանքի մեջ մեղադրվող երիտասարդն ասել էր, որ ցանկանում է նմանվել «Որոգայթ» սերիալի Հովոյին: Եթե չեմ սխալվում, որոշվեց հանձնաժողով ձևավորել, որը պետք է պայքարեր գողական բարքերը ներկայացնող սերիալների դեմ: Վստահ եմ` այդ մեխանիզմը կա:
-Ինչո՞ւ են հաճախ թիրախավորում երիտասարդ նախարարներին:
-Ներողություն, իսկ ո՞վ է թիրախավորում: Որոշ ԶԼՄ-ներ, որոնց հրահանգներ տվող մարդիկ հայտնի են: Դա իրենց գործն է:
-Նախկին իշխանությունների օրոք փորձե՞լ են խանգարել Ձեր ստեղծագործական գործունեությունը` լավ իմանալով Ձեր քաղաքական հայացքները:
-Ես հստակ տեղեկություններ չունեմ, բայց ենթադրություններ արել եմ: Չի եղել, որ առաջարկներ չունենամ, բայց եղել են դեպքեր, երբ պայմանավորվածություններ եմ ունեցել ռեժիսորների, պրոդյուսերների հետ, հետո չեն զանգել կամ կիսատ է մնացել համագործակցությունը: Բայց էլի եմ ասում` պատճառներն ինձ հստակ հայտնի չեն:
-Այս հեղափոխությունն ի՞նչ կտա մշակույթին:
-Մեծ բան կտա: Այն ինքնին մշակութային հեղափոխություն էր: Ես մեծ սպասելիքներ ունեմ: Այն մշակութային անկումը, որը եղել է վերջին տարիներին, կսկսի զարգացում արձանագրել:
