Կարո Եղնուկյանը 10 միլիոն դրամ գրավ մուծելով՝ ազատ արձակվեց. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
ՊՊԾ գնդի գրավման գործով զինված խմբավորմանն օժանդակելու մեջ մեղադրվող Կարո Եղնուկյանը, 10 միլիոն ՀՀ դրամ գրավ մուծելով, կալանքից ազատ արձակվեց: Քննելով Կարո Եղնուկյանի պաշտպան Տիգրան Հայրապետյանի միջնորդությունը` նրա նկատմամբ ընտրված խափանման միջոց կալանավորումը վերացնելու և նրան ազատ արձակելու մասին՝ դատարանը որոշել էր ամբաստանյալ Կարո Եղնուկյանի պաշտպան Տիգրան Հայրապետյանի միջնորդու թյունը մերժել: Սակայն դատարանը միաժամանակ որոշել էր ամբաստանյալ Կարո Եղնուկյանի նկատմամբ գրավի կիրառումը ճանաչել թույլատրելի և գրավի չափ սահմանել 10 միլիոն ՀՀ դրամ:Դատավորի խոսքով` հաշվեհամարին սահմանված գումարի մուծված լինելու ապացույցը ՀՀ ԱՆ համապատասխան քրեակատարողական հիմնարկ կամ դատարան ներկայացնելու դեպքում ամբաստանյալ Կարո Եղնուկյանը ազատ կարձակվի կալանքից: Ավելի ուշ նրա հարազատները դատարանին ներկայացրին բանկ վճարած գումարի կտրոնը, և դատարանը համարեց գրավը մուծած։
