«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
«Փաստ» օրաթերթի զրուցակիցն է ՀՀ մշակույթի նորանշանակ նախարար Լիլիթ Մակունցը
– Արմեն Ամիրյանն իր առաջնահերթություններից մեկը համարում էր գրահրատարակչական ոլորտի կարգավորումը: Դուք ի՞նչ առաջնահերթություններ եք տեսնում:
–Մշակութային քաղաքականության ուղղություններ ենք սահմանում: Պետք է դաշտում ապահովել այնպիսի մթնոլորտ, որ մշակութային գործիչներն ունենան հավասար մեկնարկային պայմաններ: Այսինքն` պետական օժանդակությունը ցուցաբերվի հավասարպայմաններում: Անարդարության զգացում չպետք է լինի: Այդ առումով, կարծում եմ, որ առավելություն է իմ` մշակութային որևէ շահառու խումբ չներկայացնելը:
–Արվեստն ու կոմերցիան ինչպե՞ս եք համադրելու:
– Շատ զգուշորեն է պետք այդ հարցին մոտենալ: Այս օրերի ընթացքում հասցրել եմ պարզել մեր մշակույթի որոշ գործիչների մտահոգությունները: Նրանց մեծ մասը գտնում է, որ մշակույթը չպետք է վերածել բիզնեսի: Կոմերցիան կարող է խթանել մշակույթի հանդեպ հետաքրքրությունը, բայց դա ոլորտի զարգացման համար լուծում չէ:
-Ձեր որոշ գործընկերներ արդեն սկսել են տարբեր ստուգումներ անցկացնել` փորձելով բացահայտել ֆինանսական չարաշահումները, աննպատակ ծախսերը: Մշակույթի նախարարության ներսում կամ ենթակայության ներքո գործող կառույցներում նախաձեռնե՞լ եք նման գործընթաց:
- Հիմա սկսել եմ դիագնոստիկ գործունեություն: Փորձում եմ ախտորոշել խնդիրները: Դեռևս չարաշահումների բացահայտումնե րի հետ կապված գործընթաց չենք սկսել, բայց կբարձրաձայնենք, եթե պարզենք: Հնարավոր է, որ կադրային փոփոխություններ լինեն:
– Շատ քննադատվեց նախկին նախարարի`Օպերայի և բալետի թատրոնի տարածքում ռեստորան և ընտանեկան հանգստի վայր ունենալու մասին հայտարարությունը: Դուք դե՞մ եք, թե՞կողմ:
