ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարն արդեն մեկ ամիս հացադուլի մեջ գտնվող Գարեգին Չուգասզյանի առողջական վիճակի մասին տեղեկանում է Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի առողջապահության վարչությունից: Նրա խոսքով՝ Շտապ օգնության անձնակազմերը նրան պարբերաբար այցելում են, իսկ մի քանի օր առաջ էլ ինքն անձամբ է հանդիպել նրան ու կոչ արել դադարեցնել հացադուլը:

 

«Նրան հորդորել եմ դադարեցնել հացադուլը՝ անկախ քաղաքական հայացքներից: Չեմ ուզում մտնել քաղաքական խնդիրների մեջ՝ զուտ որպես բժիշկ կարծելով, որ մարդու կյանքը շատ ավելի թանկ է»,- ասաց Առողջապահության նախարարը:

 

«Հիմնադիր խորհրդարան» նախաձեռնության նախագահ Գարեգին Չուգասզյանը կալանավորվել էր 2015 թվականին՝ ապրիլի 24-ին ընդառաջ զանգվածային անկարգությունների նախապատրաստման համար: Մի քանի օր անց, սակայն, նրա խափանման միջոց կալանքը փոխարինվել էր չհեռանալու մասին ստորագրությամբ եւ նրան ազատ էին արձակել: Չուգասզյանը, ում նկատմամբ, որպես մեղադրյալի, որպես խափանման միջոց էր ընտրվել ստորագրություն չհեռանալու մասին, հետագայում չէր ներկայացել վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին։ Պարզվել էր, որ նա փոխել է բնակության վայրը՝ առանց այդ մասին պատշաճ ծանուցելու նախաքննական մարմնին՝ այդպիսով խախտելով ընտրված խափանման միջոցի՝ օրենքով սահմանված պահանջները։ Դատարանի որոշմամբ մեղադրյալ Չուգասզյանի նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց էր ընտրվել կալանավորումը, նրա նկատմամբ հայտարարվել է հետախուզում: 2018թ. ապրիլի 24-ին Ծիծեռնակաբերդի հուշահամալիր բարձրանալիս նա բերման էր ենթարկվել, ձերբակալվել, ապա օրեր անց ազատ արձակվել ԱԺ «Ելք» խմբակցության պատգամավորներ Արարատ Միրզոյանի և Լենա Նազարյանի միջնորդությամբ: Չուգասզյանը հացադուլի մեջ է ապրիլի 24-ից:
