«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
ԱԺ ՀՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Արմեն Աշոտյանը մայիսի 22–ին Ազգային ժողովի հայտարարությունների ժամին Սահմանադրության կոնկրետ հոդվածներ նշեց, որոնք, ըստ նրա, խախտվել են նոր իշխանությունների կողմից: Պատգամավորը նաև մի շարք օրինակներ էր բերել. «Ինձ համար մտահոգիչ է, երբ երկրի գործադիր իշխանության ղեկավարը հայտնում է, որ երբ ինքը հորդորի ՏԻՄ մարմինների ղեկավարներին հրաժարական տալ, նրանք պետք է հրաժարական տան: Ինձ մտահոգում է, երբ ԿԳ նորանշանակ նախարարը իր աշխատասենյակից զբաղվում է կուսակցական գործունեությամբ՝ հորդորելով մարդկանց դուրս գալ կուսակցությունից, ուղղորդելով, ձևակերպելով քաղաքական կոնսուլտացիաներ և քաղաքական ուղղորդումներ իրականացնել»: Արմեն Աշոտյանը նաև հորդորել է քաղաքացիներին, որ եթե Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի իշխանության կողմից քաղաքական հետապնդումների արժանանան, անկախ քաղաքական հայացքներից, դիմեն իրեն: «Փաստ»–ը պատգամավորից փորձեց մի շարք հարցերի շուրջ պարզաբանումներ ստանալ: Արմեն Աշոտյանը, սակայն, մեզ հետ զրույցում նշեց, որ այդ թեմայով այս պահին հարցազրույց չի ցանկանում տալ: «Ձեզ ի՞նչ է հետաքրքրում, արդյոք դիմումներ ունե՞մ: Այո, արդեն ունեմ»,–ասաց նա: Հետո, անդրադառնալով մյուս հարցադրումներին, նշեց. «Երեկ ստացել եմ նմանատիպ հարցադրումներ, բոլոր հարցադրումներին շատ շուտով կանդրադառնամ հրապարակավ, ուստի՝ նպատակահարմար չեմ գտնում այս պահին հարցազրույց տալ»: Ի դեպ՝ ստացված դիմումների վերաբերյալ հարցը մեզ ամենավերջինն էր հետաքրքրում: Մենք ընդամենը ուզում էինք իմանալ՝ երբ ՀՀԿ–ն իշխանության էր, քաղաքական հետապնդումներ չկայի՞ն: Կամ՝ ՀՀԿ ներկայացուցիչ Ա. Աշոտյանը իրենց իշխանության ժամանակների փորձից ելնելո՞վ է նման նախաձեռնություն սկսել: Բացի այդ, քանի որ Արմեն Աշոտյանը խոսել էր նաև նորանշանակ ԿԳ նախարարի՝ «ուսուցիչներին ՀՀԿ–ից դուրս գալու հորդորների» մասին, ցանկանում էինք պադորների» մասին, ցանկանում էինք պա րոն Աշոտյանի տեսակետն իմանալ ոչ վաղ անցյալում՝ ՀՀԿ–ի իշխանության ժամանակ, 2017 թ. խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին ընդառաջ հրապարակված ՀՀԿ–ի համար ձայներ հավաքող դպրոցների ու մանկապարտեզների տնօրենների ցուցակի ու ԿԳ նախարարի հայտարարության մասով: Ուզում էինք տեսակետ լսել, թե արդյո՞ք մեկ օրում ՀՀԿ–ին անդամագրված 7000 կուսակցականները դեռ ՀՀԿ անդամ են, և այլն… Ինչևէ, սպասենք խոստացված հրապարակայինին, առավել ևս, որ Աշոտյանը երբևէ խնդիր չի ունեցել խրթին հարցերի պատասխանելու, ոչ էլ հրապարակային պարզաբանումների առումով: Գոնե այս տեսակետից նա միշտ էլ շահեկանորեն տարբերվել է…
