«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը անհասկանալի է համարում այն, որ որոշ քաղաքացիներ պատշաճ ձևով չեն արձագանքում քաղաքացիական անհնազանդության բոլոր ակցիաները դադարեցնելու իր կոչին: Այս մասին նա երեկ գրառում է կատարել ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում: «Ինձ համար անհասկանալի է, որ կան քաղաքացիներ, ովքեր պատշաճ ձևով չեն արձագանքում քաղաքացիական անհնազանդության բոլոր ակցիաները դադարեցնելու և առկա խնդիրների շուրջ կառավարության հետ աշխատելու իմ կոչին: Սիրելի հայրենակիցներ, կրկին անգամ խնդրում, հորդորում և պահանջում եմ՝ դադարեցնել քաղաքացիական անհնազանդության առանց բացառության բոլոր ակցիաները և աշխատել կառավարության հետ՝ ձեզ հուզող հարցերը քննարկելու և լուծելու համար»,– նշել է Փաշինյանը: Նրա խոսքով՝ ժողովրդի վստահությունը վայելող կառավարության դեմ քաղաքացիական անհնազանդության ակցիաներ իրականացնելը նշանակում է քաղաքացիական անհնազանդության ակցիաներ իրականացնել իրենք իրենց դեմ կամ իրականացնել սաբոտաժի գործողություններ: «Կրկին անգամ խնդրում, հորդորում և պահանջում եմ այս պահից դադարեցնել քաղաքացիական անհնազանդության առանց բացառության բոլոր գործողությունները, եթե դրանք սաբոտաժ չեն ընդդեմ ժողովրդի վստահությունը վայելող կառավարության, հետևաբար՝ ընդդեմ ժողովրդի»,–ասել է ՀՀ վարչապետը: Խմբագրության կողմից.–Ուշագրավ է հատկապես հետևյալ ձևակերպումը՝ «դադարեցնել քաղաքացիական անհնազանդության ԱՌԱՆՑ ԲԱՑԱՌՈՒԹՅԱՆ բոլոր ակցիաները»: Սա փաստացի կոչ է նաև իր կողմնակիցներին (որոշ կուսակիցներին) և ընդհանրապես բոլոր նրանց, ովքեր ինչ–ինչ ակցիաներ են ձեռնարկում ընդդեմ ընտրովի մարմինների ղեկավարների: Միակ անհասկանալին «ժողովրդի վստահությունը վայելող կառավարության դեմ քաղաքացիական անհնազանդություն» ձևակերպումն է, քանզի, ըստ էության հակասում է «առանց բացառության» ձևակերպմանը, մյուս կողմից՝ բողոքի շատ ակցիաներ ոչ թե կառավարության դեմ են, այլ նպատակ ունեն կառավարության ուշադրությունը հրավիրել որոշակի խնդիրների վրա: Բայց որ բոլոր հացերը պետք է կարգավորել քննարկումների միջոցով, անկասկած է:
