Փորձել են առևանգել Երևանում բողոքի ակցիաներին մասնակից անչափահասի. հարուցվել է քրգործ
SOCIETYՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Էրեբունի և Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում քննություն է տարվում՝ պարզելու բողոքի ակցիաներ իրականացնելու ժամանակ անչափահաս տղային առևանգելու փորձ կատարած անձանց ինքնությունը:
Ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել ենք, որ մայիսի 5-ին ՀՀ ՔԿ ԵՔՔՎ Էրեբունի և Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում ստացվել և վարույթ է ընդունվել ապրիլի 20-ին Այվազովսկի փողոցում անչափահասների նկատմամբ կիրառված բռնության դեպքի առթիվ ոստիկանությունում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 118-րդ հոդվածի հատկանիշներով հարուցված քրեական գործը:
Ձեռնարկված անհետաձգելի քննչական և օպերատիվ-որոնողական միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել են անչափահասների նկատմամբ բռնություն կիրառած անձանց ինքնությունը և ձեռք բերված ապացույցների հիման վրա` 4 անձի գործողություններին կտրվի համարժեք քրեաիրավական գնահատական։

Կատարված բազմակողմանի քննության ընթացքում պարզվել է, որ ծեծի ենթարկված անչափահասներից մեկին նույն օրը փորձ է արվել առևանգել։ Մասնավորապես՝ վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնի կողմից զննության ենթարկված տեսագրություններից տեսանելի է, որ բողոքի ակցիային մասնակցող անչափահասին «Էրեբունի» թանգարանի մոտակայքում մոտեցել է «Նիսսան Տիանա» մակնիշի գերմանական համարանիշներով ավտոմեքենա, որից դուրս են եկել մի քանի երիտասարդ, ներկայացել որպես ոստիկանության աշխատակիցներ և փորձել նրան բռնի ուժով նստեցնել ավտոմեքենան, սակայն իրենց կամքից անկախ հանգամանքներում հանցագործությունն ավարտին չեն հասցրել:
Անչափահասի առևանգելու փորձ կատարելու դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ՔԿ ԵՔՔՎ Էրեբունի և Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է նոր քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 34-131-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին, 4-րդ կետերով և այն առանձնացվել առանձին վարույթ: Հանձնարարություններ են տրվել ոստիկանության համապատասխան բաժնին՝ օպերատիվ-որոնողական ակտիվ միջոցառումներ ձեռնարկել՝ ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձանց ինքնությունը պարզելու և վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին ներկայացնելու ուղղությամբ:
Քրեական գործով բազմակողմանի, օբյեկտիվ և լրիվ քննությունն ապահովելու նպատակով տարածում ենք նաև տեսանյութը, որտեղ տեսանելի է, թե ինչպես են բռնի ուժի գործադրմամբ փորձում անչափահասին նստեցնել ավտոմեքենան։ Ովքեր ճանաչում են տեսանյութում պատկերված անձանց, որևէ տեղեկություն ունեն նրանց ինքնության կամ գտնվելու վայրի մասին, խնդրում ենք հայտնել ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Էրեբունի և Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժին:
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
