Որքա՞ն աշխատավարձ են ստանում ԿԲ նախագահի տեղակալներն ու խորհրդի անդամները: ԱԺ-ում, այսօր՝ մայիսի 23-ին, նման հարցով ԿԲ նախագահ Արթուր Ջավադյանին դիմեց  «Ծառուկյան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Սերգեյ Բագրատյանը:

Ի պատասխան Արթուր Ջավադյանը նշեց. «Մենք մեր հայտարարագրերը ներկայացնում ենք բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաների էթիկայի հանձնաժողովին: Վերջին տարիներին մեր աշխատավարձերի մասով բարձրացում չենք արել: Մեր աշխատավարձերը օրենքով պետք է ավելի ցածր չլինեն, քան բանկային միջինը, բայց բավականին ցածր են: Մեր աշխատավարձերը աստղաբաշխաման մեծ թվեր չեն, կներկայացվի բոլորին: Հնարավոր է՝ բարձր լինի պետական գործիչներից, բայց դա այդպես է շատ երկրներում: Մերը մասնավոր բիզնես է, որը անցնում է միջազգային աուդիտ»:

Սերգեյ Բագրատյանն ասաց, որ ԿԲ-ում աշխատավարձերի վերին շեմը հնարավորություն տրվեց որոշել ԿԲ խորհրդով, ինչը վիճահարույց է. «Ես տեղյակ եմ, որ այն բարձր է քան երկրի նախագահի աշխատավարձը, դա ինձ մտահոգում է»:

Պատգամավորը նաև հետաքրքրվեց, թե ԿԲ-ն հնարավոր համարո՞ւմ է ստացված շահույթից մասհանում կատարել պետության կարևորագույն խնդիրների լուծմանը. «Այսինքն՝ այս դժվար ժամանակներում մասնակցել մեր պետականության կայացմանը՝ առևտրային բանկերը իրենց ստացած շահույթով կիսվեն մեր գյուղացիական տնտեսությունների խոցելի խմբերի հետ»:

Արթուր Ջավադյանն արձագանքեց, որ բանկային համակարգում շահութաբերությունը 6 տոկոս է, ինչը ցածր է, իսկ մարժան 2 տոկոս է դարձել. «Բանկերը 2017-ին վճարել են 40 մլրդ դրամի հարկեր: Բանկերը գտնվում են 100 ամենաշատ հարկեր վճարողների ցանկում: Նրանք հաճախակի աջակցել են կարկտահարությունից տուժած գյուղացիներին»:

«Ծառուկյան» խմբակցության պատգամավորն էլ հակադարձեց. «6 տոկոսը բարձր շահութաբերություն է, չի կարելի բանկային համակարգում ապրել գերազանց, մանկավարժության համակարգում՝ խիստ աղքատ: Դա պետք է մտահոգի ԿԲ ղեկավարությանը»:
