Աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարությունում մեկ շաբաթվա ընթացքում, մայիսի 15-21-ին, կտրուկ ավելացել է դիմումների քանակը՝ 3.5 անգամ, հասնելով 211 դիմումի։ Այս մասին իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է Հ Աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարար Մանե Թանդիլյանը:
«Եվ սա ընդամենը մեկ շաբաթում, չհաշված սոցիալական ցանցերը։ Հարյուրավոր դիմումներ, բողոքներ, առաջարկություններ եմ ստանում նաև ֆեյսբուքի միջոցով։ Ակնհայտ են հասարակության դրական սպասումները՝ տարիների ընթացքում կուտակված խնդիրների լուծումները մարդկանց համար դարձել էին չկատարվող երազանքեր, և նոր իշխանությունից յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքացի սպասում է բոլոր խնդիրների շուտափույթ լուծում:
Անվերջանալի թվացող այս խնդիրները պահանջում են արագ և արդյունավետ, որոշ դեպքերում՝ հեղափոխական, լուծումներ։ Սրանով է պայմանավորված իմ անձնական ծանրաբեռվածությունը՝ կապված քաղաքացիների ընդունելության, լրագրողների հետ շփման հետ: Իմ քաղաքական գործունեությունը միշտ եղել է թափանցիկ, նախարարի պաշտոնում այդ ամենը լինելու է ավելի մեծ պատասխանատվությամբ:
Հարգելի հայրենակիցներ, յուրաքանչյուր խնդրի ծանոթանալով անձամբ՝ ուսումնասիրել եմ նաև ազատամարտիկներին, զինվորականներին և նրանց ընտանիքի անդամներին տրամադրվող հաշմանդամության խմբի հետ կապված խնդիրը: Հսկողական փորձաքննության շրջանակներում հայտնաբերվել են դեպքեր, երբ հաշմանդամության խմբերը տրվել են առանց հիմնավորող փաստաթղթի, դիտարկվել են խախտումների այլ դեպքեր։
Բժշկասոցիալական փորձաքննության գործառույթներում առկա համակարգային խնդիրներից ելնելով, այսօր հանձնարարել եմ դադարեցնել հսկողական վերափորձաքննությունները և խախտումների վերաբերյալ փաստերը ուղարկել իրավապահ մարմիններին:
Միևնույն ժամանակ, չարաշահումների արդյունքում վիճելի կարգավիճակում հայտնված անձանց մասով քննարկում են հնարավոր շուտափույթ լուծումները, որի արդյունքում այդ անձինք կշարունակեն ստանալ իրենց գումարները մինչև հարցին կտրվի ամբողջական և վերջնական լուծում:
Մենք հասկանում ենք, որ սոցիալապես անապահով յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքացու, ընտանիքի մեկ օր ավել աղքատությունը անընդունելի է, և անում ենք առավելագույնը արագ դրական արդյունքներ արձանագրելու համար»,- գրել է նախարարը:
