Երեւանում 32-ամյա տղամարդու դանակահարության դեպքի առիթով քրգործ է հարուցվել

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ Երևանում 32-ամյա տղամարդու դանակահարության դեպքի առթիվ. պարզվել է ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը, ով ձերբակալվել է: Այս մասին հայտնում է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեն:
2018թ. մայիսի 22-ին՝ ժամը 09:25-ին, «ձախ անոթափոսի ծակած վերք» ախտորոշմամբ «Էրեբունի» բժշկական կենտրոն բուժօգնության է տեղափոխել Ա.Ռաֆայելյանը՝ ծնված 1986թ.:
Դեպքի առթիվ նույն օրը ՀՀ ՔԿ Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 112-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, 32-ամյա Ա.Ռաֆայելյանը ճանաչվել է տուժող: Ստեղծվել է քննչական խումբ, մշակվել քննչական պլան, առաջ քաշվել աշխատանքային վարկածներ:
Նախնական քննությամբ պարզվել է, որ 32-ամյա տղամարդը ծանր մարմնական վնասվածքներն ստացել է լույս մայիսի 22-ին՝ 43-ամյա տղամարդու տանը տեղի ունեցած վիճաբանության ժամանակ, դանակի գործադրմամբ: Վերջինս ձերբակալվել է և հարցաքննվել դեպքի հանգամանքների շուրջ: Հայտնաբերվել է հանցագործության գործիք դանակը:
Նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական և դատակենսաբանական փորձաքննություններ:
Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է, միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում՝ դեպքի հանգամանքների օբյեկտիվ, լրիվ և բազմակողմանի քննությունն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ:
