ՀՀԿ-ականներ պետք է փնտրել «մոմի լույսով». «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Այս տարվա հունիսի 10-ին Արագածոտնի, Արարատի, Արմավիրի, Գեղարքունիքի, Լոռու և Կոտայքի մարզերի թվով 12 համայնքներում տեղի կունենան տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների ընտրություններ: Խոսքը Անտառուտ, Դավթաշեն, Դպրեվանք, Նոր Արթիկ, Այգեզարդ, Գոռավան, Մարգարա, Վանեվան, Տորֆավան, Անտառաշեն, Գեղասար ու Գետամեջ համայնքների մասին է: Ընտրություններին մասնակցելու իրենց «պատրաստակամությունն» էին հայտնել 38 քաղաքացի, որոնցից հինգն արդեն փոշմանել ու հետ են վերցրել փաստաթղթերը: Եթե նախկինում ՏԻՄ ընտրությունները նախկին իշխանության՝ ՀՀԿ-ի համար ինքնարտադրվելու լավագույն միջոցն էր, և նրանք պահը բաց չէին թողնում այդ ընտրությունների թեկնածուների մեծամասնությունը լինելու, ապա այսօր, որքան էլ տարօրինակ թվա, այս համայնքների ղեկավարների թեկնածուների ցուցակում ՀՀԿ-ականներին հայտնի ասացվածքի պես պետք է փնտրել՝ ցերեկով ու մոմի լույսի ներքո: Բանն այն է, որ նշված 38 թեկնածուից միայն երեքն են հանրապետական, որոնք բոլորն էլ գործող համայնքապետեր են: Խոսքը Արագածոտնի մարզի Անտառուտ, Նոր Արթիկ ու Արմավիրի մարզի Մարգարա համայնքների մասին է: Այս երեք ՀՀԿ-ական թեկնածուները հանդես են եկել ինքնառաջադրմամբ: Հարազատ կուսակցությունը չի աջակցում նրանց: Իհարկե, այնպես չէ, որ ավելացել են «Քա ղաքացիական պայմանագրի» թեկնածուները: Այս կուսակցությունից միայն մեկ թեկնածու կա, ով Արարատի մարզի Այգեզարդի համայնքապետի պաշտոնն է ցանկանում զբաղեցնել: զբաղեցնել: Երկու թեկնածու էլ կա «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» կուսակցությունից Արագածոտնի մարզի Նոր Արթիկ ու Արարատի մարզի Գոռավան համայնքների ՏԻՄ ընտրություններում: Բացի այս, կան ևս երկու անկուսակցականներ, ովքեր առաջադրվել են այս կուսակցության կողմից: Ի դեպ, թեկնածու կար նաև Հայաստանի կոմունիստական կուսակցությունից, ով, սակայն, արդեն հետ է վերցրել իր փաստաթղթերը: Համայնքի ղեկավարի մնացած թեկնածուներն անկուսակցական են: Նրանցից տասը՝ գյուղապետեր են, կան համայնքապետարանի աշխատակիցներ, դպրոցի տնօրեն ու ուսուցիչ, բանվոր ու վարորդ, անհատ ձեռնարկատեր: Այս 12 համայնքներից ամենաթեժ պայքարը կլինի Արարատի մարզի Գոռավան համայնքում, քանի որ այնտեղ գյուղապետի աթոռի համար պայքարում է վեց թեկնածու, ընդ որում՝ հինգ անկուսակցական ու մեկ ԲՀԿ-ական: Անկուսակցական է նաև գործող համայնքապետը, որի հետ մրցակցում են անհատ ձեռներեցը, անհատ ձեռնարկատերը և երեք դեռևս գործազուրկ քաղաքացիներ:
