ՀՀ պետբյուջեի եկամուտներն աճել են 1.9 տոկոսով, ծախսերը՝ 14.1 տոկոսով

ՀՀ պետական բյուջեի ընդամենը եկամուտները 2015թ. հունվար-սեպտեմբերին, ընթացիկ գներով, կազմել են 842 մլրդ 451.2 մլն դրամ (ավելի քան 1 մլրդ 775.5 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար) և աճել 1.9 տոկոսով, իսկ ծախսերը կազմել են 909 մլրդ 313.4 մլն դրամ՝ ավելանալով 14.1 տոկոսով։ Բյուջեի պակասուրդը (դեֆիցիտ) կազմել է 66 մլրդ 862.2 մլն դրամ, որն արտաքին աղբյուրներից ֆինանսավորվել է 72 մլրդ 813.7 մլն դր ամի չափով. հավելուրդը (պրոֆիցիտ) ֆինանսավորվել է 5 մլրդ 951 չափով՝ ներքին աղբյուրներից։
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ը տեղեկացավ ՀՀ Ազգային վիճակագրական ծառայությունից, 838 մլրդ 271.4 մլն դրամ եկամուտներից (2014թ. առաջին ինն ամիսների համեմատ աճը 1.6 տոկոս է) 787 մլրդ 319.5 մլն դրամն ապահովվել է հարկերի և տուրքերի հաշվին (աճը՝ 1.2 տոկոս)։ Այդ թվում՝ 313 մլրդ 420.6 մլն դրամ կազմել են ավելացված արժեքի հարկի գծով մուտքերը (նվազումը՝ 3.2 տոկոս ), որոնք կազմել են ընդամենը եկամուտների 37.2 տոկոսը։ Եմատային հարկի գծով մուտքերը կազմել են 225 մլրդ 381.3 մլն դրամ (աճը՝ 7.6 տոկոս), ակցիզային հարկինը՝ 35 մլրդ 84.6 մլն դրամ (աճը՝ 1.7 տոկոս), շահութահարկինը՝ 79 մլրդ 920.3 մլն դրամ (նվազումը՝ 9.6 տոկոս), պետական տուրքինը՝ 24 մլրդ 14.9 մլն դրամ (նվազումը՝ 6 տոկոս), մաքսատուրքինը՝ 46 մլրդ 697 մլն դրամ (աճը՝ 26.6 տոկոս), բնական պաշարների օգտագործման և շրջակա միջավայրի պահպանման համար վճարները՝ 23 մլրդ 391.9 մլն դրամ (աճը՝ 16.3 տոկոս)։
Այս տարվա հունվար սեպտեմբերին կատարված 863 մլրդ 729.4 մլն դրամ ծավալով ընթացիկ ծախսերից (2014թ. հունվար-սեպտեմբերի համեմատ աճել են 13.8 տոկոսով) ամենամեծ ծավալով՝ 287 մլրդ 790.2 մլն դրամ միջոցներն ուղղվել են սոցիալական նպաստներին և կենսաթոշակներին. ցուցանիշն ավելացել է 15 տոկոսով, աշխատավարձերի վճարման ուղղվել է 96 մլրդ 927.1 դրամ (աճը՝ 25.2 տոկոս), ծառայությունների և ապրանքների ձեռք բերմանը՝ 169 մլրդ 170.9 մլն դրամ (աճը՝ 10.9 տոկոս), տոկոսավճարներին՝ 58 մլրդ 925.3 մլն դրամ (աճը՝ 7.1 տոկոս), որից ներքին տոկոսավճարները կազմել են 22 մլրդ 892.4 մլն դրամ (նվազումը՝ 9.1 տոկոս), արտաքին տոկոսավճարները՝ 36 մլրդ 32.9 մլն դրամ (աճը՝ 43.3 տոկոս)։ Բացի այդ, 22 մլրդ 983.6 մլն դրամ բյուջետային միջոցներ են ծախսվել սուբսիդիաների (աճը՝ 16.2 տոկոս) և 107 մլրդ 83.6 մլն դրամ՝ դրամաշնորհների (աճը՝ 9.6 տոկոս) վճարման համար, իսկ այլ ծախսերին ուղղվել է 120 մլրդ 848.7 մլն դրամ. այս ցուցանիշն ավելացել է 8.7 տոկոսով։
