SOCIETYԴաշնակցությունն այնտեղ է, որտեղ հայոց պետականությունն է։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ մայիսի 21-ին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում հայտնեց ՀՀ տնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումների նախարար Արծվիկ Մինասյանը՝ պատասխանելով հարցին, թե արդյոք կարելի է ՀՅԴ–ի կողմից երկարատև համագործակցություն ակնկալել ներկա կառավարության հետ։
Նկատառմանը, թե Դաշնակցությունն որպես ՀՀԿ–ի հետ կոալիցիա կազմած ուժ արդյոք իր մեղքի բաժինն չունի հակակոռուպցիոն ապագա բացահայտումների մեջ, որի մասին ԱԱԾ պետը խոսել է, Արծվիկ Մինասյանը հորդորեց մեղադրական տոնով հարցեր չուղղել և սպասել բացահայտումներին. «Պետք է սպասել բացահայտումներին, նոր հարցեր ձևակերպել՝ այն էլ մեղադրական տոնով։ Մենք ևս ողջունում ենք, որ եթե կան ապօրինի հարստացման դեպքեր, դրանք բացահայտվեն, և պետական բյուջեին պատճառված վնասը վերականգնվի։ Ցանկացած հանցագործության բացահայտում Դաշնակցությունը ողջունում է, ավելին նպաստում է, որ բացահայտվեն»։
Խոսելով հակակոռուպցիոն մարմնի մասին՝ նա համոզմունք հայտնեց, որ ոչ միայն հակակոռուպցիոն մարմնում, այլ մի շարք այլ մարմիններում էլ պետք է անպայման ընդդիմությունը ներկա լինի. «Պետք է ընդդիմությունն էլ մասնակցություն ունենա, որ իշխանություն և ընդդիմություն հավասարակշռված համակարգում ապահովվի ՀՀ քաղաքացու շահը։ Իսկ ՀՀ քաղաքացու շահը հակակոռուպցիոն միջավայրում ապրելն է։ Մենք չպետք է մոռանանք, որ միայն մարմին ստեղծելով չի, նաև հանրային տրամադրվածությունը դրան պետք է մղվի։ Այսօր կա անհրաժեշտ հիմքերը պնդելու, որ այդ մարմինը առավել արդյունավետ կարող է լինել»։
Արծվիկ Մինասյանը հայտնեց նաև, որ իրենք ցանկանում են առաջարկությամբ հանդես գալ բիզնես ոլորտում հակակառուպցիոն մոտեցումներ ներդնելու ուղղությամբ, ինչպես նաև թափանցիկությանն ուղղված մի շարք առաջարկներ կան։
Մինասյանի կարծիքով՝ ակնհայտ է, որ այս ժամանակահատվածում կարիք կա թե՛ վարչարարությունը բարելավելու, հնարավոր հովանավորչական դեպքերը բացառելու, հակամենաշնորհային առավել ակտիվ քաղաքականություն իրականացնելու ուղղությամբ և թե՛ այդ ամենը ինստիտուցիոնալ համակարգի վերածելու, այլ ոչ թե թողել միայն անձերի երաշխավորության մակարդակում։ «Դա նշանակում է նաև օրենսդրական փոփոխություններ»,–նշեց նա։
