Վազգեն Մանուկյանը Փաշինյանին առաջարկում է ԿԳՆ-ն կիսել երկու նախարարության

Պետք է անջատել դպրոցը բուհից եւ գիտությունից՝ համապատասխան երկու առանձին նախարարությունների ձեւավորմամբ: Այս մասին, ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին ուղղված նամակում նշել է Հանրային խորհրդի նախագահ Վազգեն Մանուկյանը: Նա վարչապետին առաջարկել է կառավարության նոր ծրագրում ներառել վերջին 10 տարիների ընթացքում Հանրային խորհրդի կողմից արված առաջարկները տարբեր ոլորտների վերաբերյալ:
Անդրադառնալով կրթության ոլորտին, Վազգեն Մանուկյանը նշել է, որ անհրաժեշտ է իրականացնել հետեւյալ քայլերը.
«1) Պետք է անջատել դպրոցը բուհից եւ գիտությունից՝ համապատասխան երկու առանձին նախարարությունների ձեւավորմամբ:
2) Դպրոցները պետք է լինեն «ֆեդերալ»՝ կառավարվելով մեկ գերատեսչությունից եւ տեղական իշխանությունների հետ ունենալով չնչին առնչություն:
3) Պետք է լինեն միասնական չափորոշիչներ՝ միաժամանակ ապահովելով մասնավոր դպրոցների եւ միջազգային տարբեր կրթական համակարգերին միացած դպրոցների («Այբ», «Քվանտ», «Շիրակացի», «Դիլիջան» եւ այլն) գործունեությունը եւ դա տեղավորելով մեր կրթական չափորոշիչների համատեքստում:
4) Պետք է վերանայել դպրոցական ծրագրերն ու դասագրքերը՝ հատուկ ուշադրություն դարձնելով բնական գիտությունների դասավանդմանը: Բացի այդ, դպրոցական կրթությունը պետք է մեր երիտասարդության մեջ սերմանի հպարտություն մեր ազգային պատկանելության նկատմամբ: Այդ նպատակով պետք է վերանայվեն համաշխարհային եւ հայոց պատմության դասագրքերը: Հայոց պատմության դասագրքերում մեր պետության պատմության հետ միասին պետք է խորացված ձեւով ներկայացվի հայկական գաղթօջախների պատմությունը, որոնք մեծ ազդեցություն են թողել համաշխարհային այժմյան քաղաքակրթության զարգացման վրա:
5) Բուհերում առկա բազմաթիվ խնդիրները լուծելուն զուգահեռ, պետք է խնդիր դրվի ընտրել հայաստանյան 2-3 բուհ եւ դրանք բարձրացնել այնպիսի մակարդակի, որպեսզի ներառվեն միջազգային լավագույն 400 բուհերի ցանկում:
