ՀՀ ԱԻ նախարարը ներկայացրել է Փրկարար ծառայության տնօրենի պաշտոնակատարին և տվել հանձնարարականներ

ՀՀ ԱԻ նախարար Հրաչյա Ռոստոմյանը մայիսի 20-ին ընդլայնված խորհրդակցություն է անցկացրել փրկարար ծառայության սպայական կազմի հետ: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների  նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից: 

Խորհրդակցությանը նախարար Ռոստոմյանը հայտնել է, որ ՓԾ տնօրեն գեներալ-մայոր Մուշեղ Ղազարյանն աշխատանքից ազատման դիմում է ներկայացրել, որը բավարարվել է և ՓԾ տնօրենի գործառույթները ժամանակավորապես կկատարի տնօրենի տեղակալ, փ/ծ գնդապետ Հովհաննես Եմիշյանը: Վերջինիս ներկայացնելով՝ ՀՀ ԱԻ նախարար Հ. Ռոստոմյանը նշեց. «Վստահ եմ, որ Դուք ձեր աշխատանքով նոր էջ կբացեք փրկարար ծառայությունում, սակայն կան մի շարք խնդիրներ, որոնք հրատապ լուծման կարիք ունեն; Մենք պարտավոր ենք ունենալ լիարժեք աշխատող, թափանցիկ համակարգ: Այսօր ստեղծվել է լայնածավալ ստուգումներ իրականացնող հանձնաժողով, և խախտումներ թույլ տված աշխատակիցները կպատժվեն»: 

Խորհրդակցության ընթացքում ԱԻ նախարարը հանձնարարեց ավելի շատ ուշադրություն դարձնել հրդեհների կանխարգելման միջոցառումներին՝ նշելով, որ տարեցտարի աճող հրդեհների վիճակագրությունը ցույց է տալիս, որ այս ոլորտում շատ անելիքներ կան: Մասնավորապես հանձնարարվեց 10-օրյա ժամկետում ներկայացնել անտառային հրդեհների կանխարգելման և արձագանքման պլանի օրինակելի ձևը հաստատելու մասին հրամանի նախագիծ և ՀՀ տարածքում զանգվածային կուտակման վայրերում իրականացվող ուսումնավարժությունների պլան-ժամանակացույցն ու նախկինում անցկացված վարժանքների ընթացքում հայտնաբերված թերությունները: 

Հ. Ռոստոմյանը հանձնարարեց նաև առաջարկություններ ներկայացնել ՓԾ կառուցվածքային փոփոխությունների ու համազգեստի որակի բարելավման վերաբերյալ, որոնք ուղղված կլինեն համակարգի աշխատանքի արդյունավետության բարձրացմանը: ԱԻ նախարարը շեշտեց, որ փրկարար ծառայողներին պատշաճ և որակյալ համազգեստով ու նյութատեխնիկական միջոցներով ապահովելու գործընթացը լինելու է անձամբ իր վերահսկողության ներքո, ինչպես նաև՝ հորդորեց խստիվ պահպանել սպայական կոչումների ու պարգևների շնորհման կարգը, արագացնել ծառայողական քննությունների ընթացքը և հաշվետվություններ պատրաստել նյութական միջոցների շարժի վերաբերյալ:
