ՀՖՖ-ն լրագրողներին ներկայացրեց «Շիրակ»-ի գործի փաստերը. Գյումրու ակումբը հանդես է եկել պատասխան հայտարարությամբ

Հայաստանի ֆուտբոլի ֆեդերացիան լրագրողների է ներկայացրել «Շիրակի» գործով փաստերը, հաղորդագրությունների արտապատկերումները, նաև ձայնագրությունները, որից հետո պատասխան հայտարարությամբ հանդես է եկել Գյումրու ակումբը:

«Շիրակ»-ի հայտարարության մեջ, մասնավորապես, ասված է.

«Շիրակ ՖԱ և ՀՖՖ ունեն արբիտրաժային համաձայնություն և բոլոր վեճերը պետք է քննվեն արբիտրաժային դատարանների կողմից։

Հաշվի առնելով այն, որ Կողմերը չեն սպառել Արբիտրաժային համաձայնության շրջանակներում Արբիտրաժ դիմելու իրավունքը, բոլոր նյութերը, որոնք կարող են կազմել արբիտրաժային վարույթի նյութեր գաղտնի են և Կողմերից որևէ մեկը իրավունք չունի հրապարակել այդ վարույթների համար հիմք հանդիսացող նյութերը մինչև Արբիտրաժի կողմից վերջնական որոշման կատարումը։

Այդ պատճառով այն նյութերը, որոնք ներկայացվելու և քննարկվելու են արբիտրաժում չեն կարող հրապարակվել ՀՖՖ և Շիրակ ՖԱ-ի կողմից։ Հատկապես ՀՖՖ-ն իրավունք չունի հրապարակել ձայնագրություններ, փաստաթղթեր, որոնք վերաբերվելու են արբիտրաժային վարույթին»:

«Շիրակ»-ն նաև տարածել է հետևյալ հայտարարությունը. « Այսուհետ Հայաստանի ֆուտբոլի ֆեդերացիան իրավունք չունի ի կատար ածելու Կարգապահական կոմիտեի որոշումը և նվազեցնելու «Շիրակ» ակումբի միավորները՝ ըստ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Երևան քաղաքի ընդհանուր Իրավասության դատարանի որոշման»:
