ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեն հետախուզում է հայտարարել Հայանիստ գյուղում տեղի ունեցած խուլիգանության գործով

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում ձեռնարկված անհրաժեշտ քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել են ապրիլի 22-ին Հայանիստ գյուղում տեղի ունեցած միջադեպի մի շարք հանգամանքներ, ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը, ում նկատմամբ հայտարարվել է հետախուզում:

Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեից՝ հավելելով. «2018 թվականի ապրիլի 22-ին Մասիս բժշկական կենտրոնից ահազանգ է ստացվել առ այն, որ աջ սրունքի փափուկ հյուսվածքներ թափանցող հրազենային վերք ախտորոշմամբ իրենց մոտ է տեղափոխվել Էջմիածին քաղաքի բնակիչը՝ ծնված 21.03.1958թ.:

 

Ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ 60-ամյա բնակիչը հրազենային վնասվածքն ստացել է Արարատի մարզի Հայանիստ-Հովտաշատ գյուղերի խաչմերուկի մոտ տեղի ունեցած վիճաբանության ժամանակ, որտեղ մի շարք բնակիչներ մասնակցել են բողոքի ակցիային, փակել ճանապարհը։

 

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ՔԿ Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում ապրիլի 25-ին հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 258-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ մասով, մշակվել է քննչական պլան, և ձեռնարկվել անհրաժեշտ մեծածավալ քննչական գործողություններ՝ վիճաբանությանը մասնակից անձանց շրջանակը պարզելու, նրանցից յուրաքանչյուրի գործողություններն անհատականացնելու ուղղությամբ, հարցաքննվել տարբեր անձինք։

 

Ձեռնարկված անհրաժեշտ քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողությունների արդյունքում փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել հրազեն կիրառած անձի ինքնության վերաբերյալ, ով ևս  Մասիս քաղաքի բնակիչ է:

 

Ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝  2018 թվականի մայիսի 17-ին որոշում է կայացվել՝ Մասիս քաղաքի բնակչին՝ Ս.Կարապետյանին, ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 235-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով և ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 258-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ մասով որպես մեղադրյալ ներգրավելու մասին, նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել կալանավորումը, և հայտարարվել հետախուզում:

 

Հանձնարարություն է տրվել ոստիկանությանը միջոցներ ձեռնարկել՝ նրան հայտնաբերելու և վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին ներկայացնելու ուղղությամբ։

 

Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է։

 

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով»:
