Մինաս Ասատուրի Խանջյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Ակտուալ դարձած հարցերը լուծելու ձևերից է գործադուլը, որը ծառայեցվում է որպես մի յուարահատոկ հարթակ, որտեղից բարձրաձայնվում են այս կամ այն համայնքում, կազմակերպությունում առկա խնդիրները։ Վերջերս այսօրինակ ակցիաներից ամենից շատ ուշադրություն գրավեց «Արարատ» ցեմենտի գործարանում տեղի ունեցած գործադուլը։ 

Նախ՝ այն ամենից շատը լուսաբանվեց լրատվամիջոցների կողմից և համացանցում, ինչը բնականաբար պայմանավորված էր Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի անձով և այն հանգամանքով, որ մի շարք կայքեր առիթը բաց չեն թողնում Ծառուկյանի անունը շահարկելու համար։ «Մուլտի գրուպ» կոնցեռնի գործադիր տնօրեն Սեդրակ Առուստամյանը անմիջապես տեղում ծանոթացավ աշխատակիցների խնդիրներին և դրանց մի մասին հենց տեղում լուծում տրվեց։ Մյուս մասին ծանոթանալու և քննարկվելու համար սահմանվեց ժամանակահատված, մինչև մայիսի 25-ը։ Թվում էր, թե այսքանից հետո աշխատակիցները պետք է վերադառնան իրենց բնականոն աշխատանքին և սպասեն մինչև մայիսի 25-ը։

Բայց արի ու տես, որ երեկ գործարանի աշխատակիցների մի մասը կրկին դուրս էին եկել գործադուլի, հետևաբար այս ամենի հետևոււմ այլ բան կարող է թաքնված լինել։ Եթե աշխատակիցներին, որոնց խնդիրը կապված էր աշխատավարձերի հետ և որի պատասխանը պետք է տրվի մի քանի օրից, շարունակում են հրահրել նորից չաշխատելուն և խնդրի հանգուցալուծմանը չսպասելուն, ուրեմն այստեղ բոլլորովին այլ խնդիրներ են դրված ու այլ նպատակներ են հետապնդվում։ Չմարսելով Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի՝ նորից ժողովրդի կողքին կանգնելու և ժողովրդական շարժման մի մաս դառնալու քայլերը՝ նախկին իշխանությունների որոշ դեմքեր, օգտագործելով իրենց սպասարկու լրատվամիջոցները, անազնիվ կերպով օգտվում են գործարանի աշխատողների դժգոհություններից՝ նրանց գործիք դարձնելով իրենց նեղ անձնական շահերի համար և փորձելով խաղալ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի հեղինակության հետ։
