«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

ՀՀ Սահմանադրական դատարանի անդամ Վոլոդյա Հովհաննիսյանը 

Բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձանց էթիկայի հանձնաժողովին է ներկայացրել իր՝ 2017 թ. տարեկան հայտարարա­գիրը: Ըստ հայտարարագրի, նախորդ տարի նա չորս հողամաս է ձեռք բերել, որից երեքը արժեցել է 1 միլիոն 850 դրամ, իսկ մեկն էլ՝ 4 միլիոն 850 դրամ։ Դրամական միջոցներ չի ունեցել, իսկ տարեկան եկամուտները կազմել են  24 միլիոն 352 հազար դրամ, որից 1 միլիոն 866 հազար դրամը քաղաքացիաիրավական պայմանագրից ստացված հասույթն է, իսկ մնացած գումարը՝ չորս տարբեր աշխատավարձերի հանրագումարը: Դատավորի կինը՝ Անժելա Սադիյանը, հայտարարագրել է միայն տարեկան եկամուտներ, որ ստացվել են աշխատավարձից ու կազմել 504 հազար դրամ:
