«Արարատ» ցեմենտի գործարանի աշխատակիցներին մոլորության մեջ են գցել

Արդեն երկրորդ օրն է, ինչ շարունակվում է «Արարատ ցեմենտի» գործարանի աշխատակիցների բողոքի ակցիաները: Սակայն տրամաբանության համաձայն, երեկվա բանակցություններից հետո, պետք է որ ամեն ինչ իր տեղն ընկած լիներ: Քանզի գործարանի ղեկավարության կողմից աշխատակիցներիը տեղում ստացել էին մի շարք խնդիրների լուծումները, իսկ մնացած մասը պետք կարգավորվեր որոշակի քննարկումների արդյունքում:
Այդ միջադեպից հետո շարունակվող գործադուլը մեկ բանի մասին է վկայում, որ աշխատակիցներին մոլորության մեջ են գցել և որոշ մութ ուժեր փորձում են ստեղծված իրավիճակից օգուտներ քաղել:
Նախկին իշխանության մնացորդները կարծես թե ոչ մի կերպ չեն կարողանում մարսել այն հանգամանքը, որ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի վարկանիշը ամենաբարձրներից լինելով հանդերձ, պրոգրեսիվ կերպով շարունակում է աճել:
Ի գիտություն Ծառուկյանի վարկանիշից «հղի մնացածների» պետք է նշենք, որ սխալ թեմա են ընտրել իրենց ստոր մտադրությունները իրագործելու համար: Առհասարակ վերջին տարիների ՀՀ տնտեսական իրավիճակից ելնելով ցեմենտի գործարանի աշխատակիցներից շատերին հաշվենկատ ղեկավարությունը պետք է կրճատեր, ինչպես բազմաթիվ հիմնարկություններում է եղել: Այսինքն, եթե նույն բիզնես տրամաբանությամբ առաջնորդվեին նաև Արարատի ցեմենտի գործարանում, ապա ներկա դրությամբ 500-700 աշխատակից պետք է ազատված լիներ աշխատանքից: Սակայն Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի սկզբունքներն ու մարդասիրությունը, թույլ չտվեց այդքան ընտանիքի կանգնել սոցիալական բարդ իրավիճակի առաջ, ուստի հրահանգվեց ոչ ոքի չհեռացնել աշխատանքից և չկրճատել:
Բնականաբար ինչպես մնացած դեպքերում այս դեպքում ևս Ծառուկյանը թույլ չի տա, որ որոշ թափթփուկների պատճառով տուժի ՀՀ քաղաքացին, այս խնդիրը շատ կարճ ժամանակահատվածում հանգուցալուծում կստանա:
Սակայն պետք է արձանագրել, որ նման արատավոր երևույթներից ազատվելու ճիշտ ժամանակն է, երբ երկրում հաստատվել է միանգամայն այլ մթնոլորտ, որտեղ «բզբզացողները» այլևս չպետք է խաղան մարդկանց վստահության հետ և չպետք է կարողանան հասարակ գյուղացուն օգտագործելով սպասարկել իրենց նեղ քաղաքական շահերը: Այս պրոցեսը ուղղակի քամի է, որը քարին ոչինչ չի կարող անել, դեռ հակառակը ավելի է հղկելու և փայլեցնելու նրա մակերևույթը, այնպես որ, այս գործողությունների շարքը բացարձակ անպտուղ է…
