Փաշինյանն ԱԳՆ աշխատակազմին է ներկայացրել նորանշանակ նախարարին

Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն այցելել է արտաքին գործերի նախարարություն և աշխատակազմին ներկայացրել ԱԳ նորանշանակ նախարար Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանին: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ վարչապետի պաշտոնական կայքից:
Կառավարության ղեկավարը նշել է, որ դիվանագիտական կորպուսը մեր պետության կայացած համակարգերից մեկն է և ավելացրել, որ այն վստահություն է վայելում քաղաքացիների շրջանում: Վարչապետը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել նախկին նախարար Էդուարդ Նալբանդյանին՝ կատարած աշխատանքի համար և նշել. «Պարոն Մնացականյանին նախարարի պաշտոնը առաջարկելու մոտիվացիան եղել է հետևյալը. ապահովել քաղաքական փոփոխությունների սահունությունն արտաքին գործերի նախարարության և դիվանագիտական կորպուսի համար: Կարծում եմ՝ առաջիկայում պետք է լրջորեն աշխատենք, որովհետև Հայաստանի արտաքին քաղաքականության օրակարգում կան լրջագույն հարցեր, որոնք կարևոր և կենսական նշանակություն ունեն Հայաստանի Հանրապետության համար: Այդ հարցերի նկատմամբ մեր դիրքորոշումից է կախված Հայաստանի բնականոն զարգացումը, անվտանգությունը և միջազգային հեղինակությունը»,- ասել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ ընդգծելով, որ ներկայում Հայաստանի միջազգային հեղինակությունը գտնվում է բավականին բարձր մակարդակի վրա և այն լավ հնարավորություն է վերածելու արտաքին քաղաքական ձեռքբերումների: Վարչապետն ընդգծել է, որ պետք է դիվանագիտական կորպուսը հնարավորինս զերծ պահել քաղաքական փոփոխությունների ազդեցությունից, ինչն աշխատանքի արդյունավետ կազմակերպման լավ միջոց է:
Էդուարդ Նալբանդյանը շնորհավորել է ԱԳ նորանշանակ նախարարին և համոզմունք հայտնել, որ նրա գլխավորությամբ և համակարգի պրոֆեսիոնալ դիվանագետների գործունեությամբ հնարավոր կլինի արձանագրել նորանոր ձեռքբերումներ արտաքին քաղաքականության ոլորտում:
Նորանշանակ նախարար Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել վարչապետին վստահության համար և նշել, որ Էդուարդ Նալբանդյանի գլխավորությամբ անցած տարիների ընթացքում դիվանագիտական կորպուսը բարձրացրել է մասնագիտական կարողություններն ու ներուժը: «Գիտակցում եմ առկա մարտահրավերների ողջ ծավալը, բայց ինձ զգում եմ վստահ և ուժեղ առկա մեծ թիմով: Հիմնվելով մեր հսկայական ներուժի վրա՝ վստահ եմ, որ միասին շարունակելու ենք առաջ տանել Հայաստանի օրակարգը»,- ասել է Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանը:
