Արմավիրի մարզի Նորակերտ համայնքի բնակիչները այսօր վաղ առավոտից փակել են գյուղ տանող ճանապարհը: Նրանց բողոքը համայնքապետ Շահեն Կարապետյանի գործելաոճի դեմ է:

Բնակիչները ստորագրահավաք են իրականացնում՝ ուղղված համայնքի ղեկավարին և ավագանու անդամներին։ Հայտարարության մեջ նրանք պահանջում են, որպեսզի համայնքի ղեկավարը ներկայացնի, թե ինչ եղանակով է տնօրինվել համայնքային բյուջեն, քանի որ պաշտոնավարման 10 տարվա ընթացքում գյուղապետը երբևէ բյուջեի վերաբերյալ հաշվետվություն չի ներկայացրել: 

Բնակիչները համայնքապետից պահանջում են կամ ներկայացնել ամբողջական հաշվետվություն և վերադարձնել, իրենց պնդմամբ, անհայտ ճանապարհներով սեփականաշնորհած գույքը, կամ հրաժարվել պաշտոնից:

«10 տարի շարունակ չգիտենք ինչպես, բայց ինքն է եղել գյուղապետ: Մենք պահանջում ենք, որպեսզի ներկայացնի 10 տարվա մանրամասն հաշվետություն, թե ուր են գնացել գումարները, եթե ծախսվել են, ապա ինչի համար, ներկայացնի նաև անշարժ գույքի ցանկը: Ինչքան գյուղին պատկանող անշարժ գույք կա՝ բուժկետը, մանկապարտեզը, գյուղապետարանի նախկին տարածքն ու էլի շատ ու շատ տարածքներ՝ սեփականաշնորհել է անհայտ ճանապարհներով»,- ԼՈւՐԵՐ.com-ի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում մանրամասնեց Նորակերտի բնակիչը: 

Բնակիչների խոսքով՝ գյուղի գրեթե բոլոր տարածքները կամ գյուղապետինն են, կամ նրա մերձավորներինը. «Հարցնում ենք՝ էս ո՞ւմ տարածքն ա, ասում ա՝ իմը չի, տղայինս ա, ասում ենք՝ բա էս մյուսն ո՞ւմն ա, ասում ա՝ իմը չի, քրոջս տղայինն ա»,- ասաց նորատուսցիներից մեկ ուրիշը:

Նշենք, որ Նորակերտի համայնքապետ Շահեն Կարապետյանն արդեն 16 տարի է` զբաղեցնում է այդ պաշտոնը: Ի դեպ, նա Հանրապետական կուսակցության անդամ է:
