INTERNATIONAL NEWSՌուսաստանը Հայաստանը դիտարկում է որպես կարևոր գործընկեր ու դաշնակից տարածաշրջանում։ Այս մասին հայտարարել է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ Սոչիում երեկ կայացած հանդիպմանը: Պուտինը նշել է, որ ՌԴ-ն ՀՀ գլխավոր տնտեսական գործընկերն է, և հույս է հայտնել, որ այդ կապերը ոչ միայն կպահպանվեն, այլև կբազմապատկվեն։ «Ես հույս ունեմ, որ մեր հարաբերությունները նույն կերպ կզարգանան, ինչպես մինչ այժմ են եղել, մենք կշարունակենք աշխատել միջազգային հարթակներում՝ սկսած ՄԱԿ-ից, որտեղ Հայաստանն ու Ռուսաստանը միշտ իրար աջակցել են, ավարտած տարածաշրջանային հարությունում՝ թե տնտեսական, թե անվտանգային հարցերում»,- ասել է ՌԴ նախագահը։
Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել հանդիպման համար՝ նշելով, որ քննարկման առանցքում որոշ հարցեր են։ «Բայց այն, ինչ քննարկման ենթակա չէ, Հայաստանի ու Ռուսաստանի միջև ռազմավարական ու դաշնակցային հարաբերություններն են։ Ես կարող եմ վստահեցնել, որ Հայաստանում այդ հարցում կա կոնսենսուս, և ոչ ոք երբեք կասկածի տակ չի դրել ու հուսով եմ չի դնի հայ-ռուսական եղբայրական հարաբերությունները: Մենք ունենք մեծ ցանկություն տալու նոր իմպուլս մեր հարաբերություններին, ինչպես քաղաքական, այնպես էլ առևտրային ու տնտեսական առումով։ Մենք հույս ունենք զարգացնել մեր կապերը ռազմատեխնիկական ուղղությամբ»,-ասել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։ Նա նկատել է, որ Հայաստանը գրավիչ է ռուս զբոսաշրջիկների համար, ինչը շատ հաճելի է։
Վարչապետն ընդգծել է ՌԴ հավասարակշռված դիրքորոշումը՝ ՀՀ ներքաղաքական հարցերի առնչությամբ։ «Ես կարծում եմ, որ դա շատ կառուցողական դիրքորոշում էր, որը լավ վերաբերմունքի է արժանացել ոչ միայն քաղաքական շրջանակներում, այլև հասարակության մակարդակում»,-ասել է նա:
Սոչիում կայացել է ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի առաջին հանդիպումը: Քննարկման առանցքում երկկողմ հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող թեմաներն են։ Հանդիպումն անցկացվել է Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության բարձրագույն խորհրդի նիստից առաջ։
Հայկական կողմից հանդիպմանը մասնակցել են փոխվարչապետ Տիգրան Ավինյանը, ԱԳ նախարար Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանը, ՌԴ-ում Հայաստանի դեսպան Վարդան Տողանյանը, վարչապետի օգնականներ Վարուժան Ներսեսյանը, Ռուբեն Ռուբինյանը և ԱԳՆ խորհրդական, ԱՊՀ վարչության պետ Արմեն Ղևոնդյանը։
