 Հայ-ռուսական միջտարածաշրջանային 4-րդ համաժողովի շրջանակում վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը նոյեմբերի 3-ին ընդունել է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության Արխանգելսկի նահանգապետ Իգոր Օռլովին և Յարոսլավի նահանգապետ Սերգեյ Յաստրեբովին: Ինչպես«Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կառավարության տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչ ությունից, կառավարության ղեկավարը բարձր է գնահատել Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի միջև ծավալված միջտարածաշրջանային համագործակցությունը, կարևորել դրա ակտիվացումն ու խորացումը: Վարչապետը կառավարության անունից պատրաստակամություն է հայտնել աջակցել և նպաստել ՀՀ-ՌԴ միջտարածաշրջանային կապերի զարգացմանը:

ՌԴ Արխանգելսկի և Յարոսլավի նահանգապետերը նշել են, որ հետաքրքրված են միջտարածաշրջանային մակարդակով՝ ՀՀ մարզերի հետ գործակցության զարգացմամբ և իրենց հերթին պատրաստակամություն հայտնել՝ մասնակցել տարբեր ոլորտներում համատեղ ծրագրերի նախաձեռնմանը և իրականացմանը: Նահանգապետերը բարձր են գնահատել հայկական սփյուռքի դերը հայ-ռուսական դաշնակցային փոխհարաբերությունների ամրապնդման գործում:

Հանդիպմանը զրուցակիցները քննարկել են ՀՀ մարզերի և ՌԴ նահանգների միջև առևտրատնտեսական, գիտակրթական, մշակութային կապերի աշխուժացմանը և սերտացմանը, սպորտի և զբոսաշրջության ոլորտներում համագործակցության զարգացմանը վերաբերող հարցեր:
