Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը տեղափոխվելու է կառավարական առանձնատուն
SOCIETYՀայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն իր ընտանիքի հետ բնակություն է հաստատելու կառավարական առանձնատանը։ Այդ մասին ֆեյսբուքյան ուղիղ եթերի ժամանակ ասել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:
«Մենք տեղափոխվում ենք այդ առանձնատուն մի քանի նկատառումներից ելնելով։ Եվ այդ նկատառումներից մեկը հետևյալն է՝ ՀՀ օրենսդրությամբ սահմանված է, որ վարչապետը պետք է ապրի այդ առանձնատանը, և եթե այդ առանձնատունը դատարկ է մնում, կարող է սիմվոլիզմ ստացվել, թե ՀՀ-ում վարչապետ չկա։ ՀՀ վարչապետի երկու նստավայրերում էլ ես աշխատում եմ օրենքով սահմանված կարգով։ Հետագայում մենք կմտածենք, թե ինչպես փոխենք կամ չփոխենք օրենսդրությունը։ Բայց այս պահին, օրենքով սահմանված կարգով, ես երկու աշխատավայրում էլ աշխատում եմ և մտադիր եմ զբաղեցնել նաև վարչապետի համար նախատեսված պետական առանձնատունը։ Այս պահին այդ տարածքում բնակվում են Սերժ Սարգսյանը և ՍԴ նախկին նախագահ Գագիկ Հարությունյանը»,- ասաց Փաշինյանը։
Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նշեց, որ առաջիկայում Սերժ Սարգսյանը կտեղափոխվի այլ տեղ, օրենքով սահմանված կարգով նրան կառաջարկվի այլ առանձնատուն:
«Կառավարության այսօրվա նիստում մենք չեղյալ հայտարարեցինք ՀՀ թիվ մեկ առանձնատունը նրան սեփականաշնորհելու իրավունքը։ «Չգիտեմ ինչ ժամկետում, ես մեկամսյա ժամկետ եմ սահմանել, Սերժ Սարգսյանը կտեղափոխվի այլ տուն։ Ինչ վերաբերում է Գագիկ Հարությունյանին, օրենսդրությունից կերևա, թե որքանով է թույլատրելի, որ նա բնակվում է կառավարական առանձնատանը»,- նշել է վարչապետը:
Փաշինյանն ասաց, որ առաջիկայում նա ուղիղ եթերի միջոցով ցույց կտա նաև այդ առանձնատունը, որտեղ ինքը եղել է երեկ. «Կյանքում առաջին անգամ եղել եմ այնտեղ, համենայնդեպս, հետաքրքիր էր:Դուք պետք է իմանաք, թե ինչի համար եք վճարում»,- ասել է նա։
