ԵԱՀԿ դիտորդներն արձանագրել են Թուրքիայի ընտրությունների խախտումները

 Թուրքիայի արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների ընթացքին հետևելու նպատակով երկիր ժամանած ԵԱՀԿ դիտորդական առաքելությունը հրապարակել է իր ուսումնասիրություններն ամփոփող զեկույցը:

Վկայակոչելով «Ակոս» պարբերականը, զեկույցում ԵԱՀԿ դիտորդներն արձանագրել են լրատվամիջոցների ու ընդդիմադիր ձայների նկատմամբ իշխանական կողմի բռնություններն ու իրավունքների ոտնահարումները:

Զեկույցում նշվում է, որ նախընտրական քարոզարշավի վերջին 2 շաբաթվա ընթացքում նկատելիորեն աճել է մեծ մասամբ Ժողովուրդների դեմոկրատական կուսակցության անդամների և ակտիվիստների դեմ հարձակումների թիվը:  «Բռնության դեպքերը սևացրել են քարոզարշավի մթնոլորտը»,- ասվում է զեկույցում:

ԵԱՀԿ դիտորդներն արձանագրել են ԶԼՄ-ների ներկայացուցիչների նկատմամբ իրականացված ոտնձգությունները: «Լրագրողների կամ լրատվամիջոցների նկատմամբ ահաբեկչությանն աջակցելու կամ հանրապետության նախագահին վիրավորելու պատրվակով դատական գործեր հարուցվեցին, համացանցային կայքեր արգելափակվեցին, դադարեցվեց մի քանի հեռուստաընկերության թվային հեռարձակումը, իսկ որոշ խոշոր լրատվամիջոցներ պարզապես առգրավվեցին, ինչն ընտրություններից առաջ սահմանափակեց բազմակարծությունը»,- նշել են ԵԱՀԿ դիտորդները:

Նրանք իրավամբ փաստել են, որ երկրի առաջատար լրատվամիջոցներն ու մասնավորապես պետական TRT հեռուստաալիքն ակնհայտորեն կողմնապահություն են արել ընդդիմադիր կուսակցություններին եթերաժամանակ տրամադրելու հարցում:

ԵԱՀԿ դիտորդական առաքելությունը գրանցել է նաև, որ մի շարք ընտրատեղամասերում խոչընդոտվել է քաղաքական կուսակցությունների անունից հավատարմագրված դիտորդների գործունեությունը:

Թուրքական «Անատոլու» գործակալությունը տվյալներ է հրապարակել ընտրատեղամասերի 100 տոկոսի արդյունքների վերաբերյալ, որոնց համաձայն, նոյեմբերի 1-ին կայացած խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների նախնական հաշվարկներով, ձայների գերակշիռ մեծամասնությունը՝ 49,48 տոկոսն ստացել է վարչապետ Ահմեդ Դավութօղլուի գլխավորած «Արդարություն և զարգացում» կուսակցությունը (ԱԶԿ, 317 մանդատ): Ընդդիմադիր քեմալական Հանրապետական ժողովրդական կուսակցությունը (ՀԺԿ) ստացել է ձայների 25,31 տոկոսը (134 պատգամավոր), «Ազգայնական շարժում» կուսակցությունը (ԱՇԿ)՝ 11,90 տոկոսը (40 պատգամավոր) և քրդամետ Ժողովուրդների դեմոկրատական կուսակցությունը (ԺԴԿ)՝ 10,75 տոկոսը (59 պատգամավոր): Տվյալներում ներառված են նաև արտերկրում քվեարկած քաղաքացիների քվեները: Ընտրություններին մասնակցել է ընտրողների 85.18 տոկոսը: Թուրքիայի մեջլիսում ընտրվել է 3 հայ պատգամավոր՝ ԱԶԿ-ից, ՀԺԿ-ից և ԺԴԿ-ից:
