ԱԺ ՀՀԿ խմբակցությունը հայտարարություն է տարածել երկրում տիրող ներքաղաքական իրավիճակի և դրանից դուրս գալու վերաբերյալ: 

«Մենք դրական ենք գնահատում փաստը, որ Ազգային ժողովի քննարկումներում խորհրդարանական չորս խմբակցությունների կողմից հնչեցին առկա գրեթե բոլոր մտահոգությունները, որոնք կան երկրում ստեղծված իրավիճակը հանգուցալուծելու տեսանկյունից: Հանրապետականի կողմից հնչեցված մտահոգությունների մի մասը վարչապետի թեկնածուի հետ հարցուպատասխանի ընթացքում փարատվեց, բայց ամենակարևորները դեռ մնացել են անպատասխան: Այդ հարցերն անկյունաքարային են ոչ թե Հանրապետական կուսակցության, այլ մեր երկրի հենց վաղվա համար:

Հանրապետականը լուռ ու անպատասխան իր վրա վերցրեց մեղադրանքները, որոնք իր հետ իրականում քիչ կապ ունեին:

 Վերցրեց հանուն երկրի,  հանուն վաղվա` հույսով, որ ովքեր պետք է ընկալեին, ընկալեցին մեր ասելիքը:

 Այժմ, հաշվի առնելով երկրին անհապաղ կայուն ընթացք վերադարձնելու հրամայականը, ի գիտություն ընդունելով ս.թ. մայիսի մեկին ՀՀ ԱԺ-ում վարչապետի ընտրության գործընթացում հնչած դիրքորոշումներն ու քվեարկության արդյունքները` ՀՀԿ խմբակցության անունից հայտարարում եմ.

 Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը մայիսի 8-ին ունենալու է սահմանադրական ճանապարհով ընտրված վարչապետ:

  • Հայաստանի Հանրապետական կուսակցությունը վարչապետի թեկնածու չի առաջադրելու:
  • Հայաստանի Հանրապետական կուսակցությունը խորհրդարանի 1/3-ի կողմից առաջադրված թեկնածուին աջակցելու է դառնալ վարչապետ:
  • Կոչ ենք անում անհապաղ վերացնել տիրող անընդունելի վիճակը, բացել մայրաքաղաքի ու հանրապետության փողոցներն ու մայրուղիները, շտապ դադարեցնել օդանավակայանի հերթական շրջափակումը, դադարեցնել անհանդուրժողականության քարոզը և վերադառնալ սահմանադրական ճանապարհով ենթադրվող անհրաժեշտ գործողությունների դաշտ:
