«Ծառուկյան» դաշինքի 15 կետերը կարող են դառնալ նոր Հայաստանի տնտեսության վերականգնման հիմքը

Սյունե Խանդիլյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Համաժողովրդկան անկասելի շարժման արդյունքում ՀՀ քաղաքացիները հասան չընդունված ու ոչ լեգետիմ վարչապետի հրաժարականին։ Երեկ, սակայն, Ազգային ժողովի տխրահռչակ նիստում, ժողովրդի կողմից ընդուված թեկնածուն չընտրվեց որպես դե ֆակտո վարչապետ՝ չստանալով խորհրդարանակն մեծամասնության կողմ ձայները։ Բնականաբար խոչընդոտ հանդիսացավ հանրապետական կուսակցությունը, որը բերեց ժողովրդի զայրույթին։ Վերջինիս հետևանքով այսօր ավելի մեծ թափով սկսվեցին ծավալվել բողոքի գործողությունները՝ տոտալ գործադուլներ, դասադուլներ, փողոցների փակում, ինչի արդյունքում պարալիզացվեց ոչ միայն մայրաքաղաքի, այլև ողջ հանրապետության բնականոն կյանքը։ Այն համաժողովրդական այսօրինակ համախմբվածությունը, վստահեցնում է, որ այս անգամ ժողովուրդը պատրաստ է իր իշխանության համար մինչև վերջ պայքարել։
Հաղթանակի անխուսափելի լինելու հանգամանքը հաստատեց նաև քաղաքական մեծ թիմ ու հասարակության մեջ զգալի թվով համակիրներ ունեցող Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի՝ ժողովրդական շարժմանը կողքին կանգնելը և երեկ ԱԺ նիստին նրա ներկա գտնվելը։ Սա բուռն կերպով քննարվեց լրատվական տարբեր հարթակներում հատկապես այն փաստերի ֆոնին, երբ Ծառուկյանը ներկա չէր նախկին վարչապետի ու նախագահի ընտրություններին։
Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը և նրա քաղաքական թիմը վճռական են ժողովրդի թեկնածուի սատարման ու նրա ժողովրդի կամքի հաստատման հրացում։ Իսկ հաղթանակից հետո սպասվող նոր փափոխությունների համար անհրաժեշտ ծրագեր կարելի է համարել վերոնշյալ քաղաքական թիմի ծրագիրն ու նրա հիմքում նկած 15 հայտնի կետերը, որոնք ունեն բարեկեցիկ ապագայի, սոցիալ-տնտեսական խնդիրների լուծման ու երկրի տնտեսությունը ոտքի կանգնեցնելու բոլոր նախադրյալները։ Կենսաթոշակների և աշխատավարձերի բարձրացումը, մանր ու միջին բիզնեսի զարգացման համար իրատեսական ու նպաստավոր պայմանների ստեղումը, սպասարկաման համար իրականացվող սակագների նվազեցում, հարկային համաներում, բարձրագույն կրթության որակի ու հնարավորությունների փափոխություն։ Այս ամենը մի հրաշալի ծրագրային փաթեթ է, որ նոր կարող է ամենակարճ ժամկենտերում մեև երկրի տնտեսությունը դուրս բերել ծանր վիճակից։
Հավատը մեծ է ոչ միայն վերջնական ժողովրդական հաղթանակի, այլև կանգուն ու զարգացած տնտեսություն ունենալու հարցում։ Ի վերջո ժողովրդի մեջ է տարածված այսպիսի արտահայտություն կա, թե որտեղ Ծառուկյանի մատը կպնում, այնտեղ կանաչում է։ Իսկ ժողովուրդը երբեք չի սխալվում․ ահավասիկ 13 տարի շարունակ ձյուդոյի չեմպիոն չենք ունեցել, իսկ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի ջանքերի շնորհիվ օրեր առաջ Իսրայելում տեղի ունեցած աշխարհի առաջնության ժամանակ Ֆերդինանտ Կարապետյանը դարձավ աշխարհի չեմպիոն՝ ընդ որում հաղթելով ադրբեջանցի ձյուդոիստին։
