Պաշտպանության նախարարի տիկնոջն առնչվող հրապարակումների համար քննարկվում է քրգործ հարուցելու հարցը

ՀՀ Ոստիկանության համապատասխան վարչությունն ուսումնասիրել է մամուլում հրապարակված տեղեկատվությունները  Հովհաննես Հայրապետյանի մահվան ելքով պատահարին ՀՀ Պաշտպանության նախարարի տիկնոջ Ռուզաննա Խաչատրյանի մասնակցության առնչությամբ եւ ապացուցել, որ վերջինս որեւէ առնչություն չունի կատարվածի հետ: Ինչպես փոխանցեցին ՀՀ Գլխավոր դատախազության տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների արդյունքում հաստատվել է, որ 2002թվականին Հովհաննես Հայրապետյանի մահվան ելքով Երևան-Աշտարակ ավտոճանապարհին տեղի ունեցած վթարի  դեպքի  առթիվ  հարուցված քրեական գործով Կոտայքի մարզի առաջին ատյանի դատարանը 2003թ. կայացրել է դատավճիռ համաձայն որի` Աննա Հայկի Խաչատրյանը ՀՀ նախկին քրեական օրենսգրքի 173-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով դատապարտվել է ազատազրկման 4 տարի ժամանակով: Հետևաբար, նշված դեպքին Ռուզաննա Գուրգենի Խաչատրյանի մասնակցության վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվությունը չի համապատասխանում իրականությանը:

ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության հաղորդագրությունը ներկայացնում ենք ամբողջությամբ:

«ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազությունը դեռևս 10.06.2015թ. տարածել էր հաղորդագրություն՝ ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարի ընտանիքին վերաբերվող հրապարակումների առնչությամբ: Կրկին անգամ հայտնում ենք հետևյալը, որ ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարին, նրա ընտանիքին, ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության համակարգը վարկաբեկող, ինչպես նաև որոշ հանցագործությունների համար մեղադրանք պարունակող հրապարակումներում  նշված դեպքերի իսկությունը ստուգելու և համապատասխան իրավական  գործընթաց ձեռնարկելու միջնորդությամբ  ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանի կողմից 27.05.201 5թ. ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազին դիմելուց  հետո, նկատի ունենալով, որ վերոնշյալ նյութերում առկա է առերևույթ հանցագործության հատկանիշներ պարունակող տեղեկատվություն, մասնավորապես ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարի տիկնոջ՝ Ռուզաննա Գուրգենի Խաչատրյանի  Հովհաննես Հայրապետյանի` մահվան ելքով վթարին մասնակցության վերաբերյալ, ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության ՀԿԳ քննության վարչության կողմից վերոնշյալ նյութերն ուղարկվել են  ՀՀ Ոստիկանության ԿՀԴՊ գլխավոր վարչություն՝ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքի համապատասխան ընթացքը լուծելու համար: Ձեռնարկված միջոցա ռումների արդյունքում հաստատվել է, որ Հովհաննես Հայրապետյանի մահվան ելքով 12.06.2002թ Երևան-Աշտարակ ավտոճանապարհին տեղի ունեցած վթարի  դեպքի  առթիվ  հարուցված քրեական գործով Կոտայքի մարզի առաջին ատյանի դատարանի 25.04.2003թ. դատավճռով Աննա Հայկի Խաչատրյանը ՀՀ նախկին քրեական օրենսգրքի 173-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով դատապարտվել է ազատազրկման 4 տարի ժամանակով: Հետևաբար, նշված դեպքին Ռուզաննա Գուրգենի Խաչատրյանի մասնակցության վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվությունը չի համապատասխանում իրականությանը: ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության կողմից քրեական գործը պահանջվել է ուսումնասիրելու համար:  Նկատի ունենալով, որ «Հայկական ժամ» ինտերնետային լրատվական կայքում հրապարակված հոդվածները սուտ տեղեկություններ են պարունակում վերոհիշյալ վթարը Ռուզաննա Խաչատրյանի կողմից կատարված լինելու մասին, քննարկվում է սուտ մատնության հատկանիշներով քրեական գործ հարուցելու հարցը»,- ասված է հաղորդագրության մեջ:
