Պարույր Հայրիկյանի կարծիքով հանրությանը վերաբերող բանակցությունները պետք է լինեն հրապարակային
POLITICSԻնչպես ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել էինք, ՀՀԿ խոսնակ, ԱԺ փոխնախագահ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը Past.am-ի հարցին, թե ինչու ՀՀԿ-ի կողմից բանակցության մանդատ ստացած Կարեն Կարապետյանը հրաժարվեց հանդիպել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ, պատասխանել էր, որ տեսախցիկների առջև բանակցելու պայմանն է եղել պատճառը: Նա նաև նշել էր, որ եթե Փաշինյանը համաձայնում է Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի, Բակո Սահակյանի կամ մյուսների հետ առանց տեսախցիկների ու լրագրողների բանակցել, ապա պետք է համաձայնի նաև նույն ձևաչափով բանակցել ՀՀԿ-ի ներկայացուցչի հետ:
ԱԻՄ առաջնորդ Պարույր Հայրիկյանը, ով հարուստ քաղաքական անցյալ ունի և այս ընթացքում բազմաթիվ բանակցային գործընթացների է մասնակցել, անդրադառնալով այս հարցին, նշեց, որ ընդհանրապես, երբ երկու տարբեր ճամբարներում հայտնված անձինք որոշում են բանակցել և այդ բանակցությունների հիմքում ընկած է հանրային շահը կամ այն վերաբերում է հանրությանը, ապա բնական է, որ նման բանակցությունները պետք է իրականացնել հանրության համար մատչելի տարբերակով, այսինքն՝ հանրության աչքի առջև:
«Իսկ եթե հանդիպումները ճանաչողական են կամ կրում են մտերմիկ բնույթ, կամ տեղի են ունենում հանրության ուշադրության կենտրոնում չգտնվող անձանց հետ և այդ ընթացքում քննարկվում են ամենատարբեր թեմաներ, ապա քաղաքական գործիչը պարտավոր չէ հանրությանը հաշիվ տալ, թե ում հետ ինչ է խոսում»,- ասաց Պ. Հայրիկյանը:
ԱԻՄ առաջնորդը նաև նշեց, որ զուտ մարտավարական տեսանկյունից այս օրերին բավականին անշնորհակալ գործ է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գործելաոճը մեկնաբանելը, սակայն ելնելով իր տարիների փորձից կարող է արձանագրել հետևյալը. «Ինձ համար սկզբունքորեն միակ ճիշտ ճանապարհը 1991 թվականին հրատարակված ԱԻՄ կանոնադրության այն դրույթն է, որտեղ հստակ գրված է՝ գործունության ընթացքում բացառել գաղտնիությունը և հրաժարվել գաղտնիություն պարունակող գործերից: Այսինքն, ինձ համար խիստ դատապարտելի էր, երբ նախագահի թեկնածուներից մեկը Սերժ Սարգսյանի հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ, Սարգսյանի հարցին, թե լրատվամիջոցների ներկայացուցիչների ներկայությա՞մբ է ցանկանում հանդիպումն իրականացնել, թե՝ առանձին, ասաց՝ առանձին: Այդ պահին ես հասկացա, որ ինքը լավ քաղաքական գործիչ չի: Այսինքն, լավ քաղաքական գործիչը պետք է հրապարակային աշխատի և հանրության համար պետք է տեսանելի լինեն նրա բոլոր գործողությունները»,- ասաց Պ.Հայրիկյանը:
